On June 10, 2024 I visited this store and purchased a mattress. I purchased a King ***** mattress. They kept tring to sell me a Firm mattress. I expressed to him that the firm mattress was too hard and painful; I'll take the ***** mattress that was in the store and the 2 box springs that were boxed not the spring box mattress. I was delivered 2 different box springs, one being a spring box and a mattress that had a broken spring. The mattress has a inner spring the middle (that also listed from the manufacturer information). There's a dip in the middle that was felt with a spring that we heard when we sank in the middle. We complained to the store (********) who sold us the mattress and told us that this particular warranty with the manufacturer, is replaced if damaged. ******** told us he would order and deliver a NEW ***** mattress the next day. However, the next day they delivered the right box spring, but delivered an extremely hard mattress that tag showed to be a Firm mattresses. ******** and the store refused to replace and send me theattress that I paid for; but said "In time you'll get use to it". I was angry and drove to their store to demand to be made whole. However we slept 2 nights and had *** on that mattress and they placed the mattress back on the floor on another bed for sale, We knew it was the same as they made a 2 marks on the mattress upon delivery. However, they put the mattress back out for sale, under 2 after of being removed from my bed. When we mentioned it they had an attitude asked "What you don't want it or do you want it back?" Later after mentioning that they're resale a broken again, thats so used, then ******** and the Owener said "we sent it back to the manufacturer". Not true as it has the 2 identifying factor that occurred during their delivery. How dare they resale without proper cleaning. Makes me curious how many mattress they sale that have been used and returned.
