    He quoted me last week on a flooring job. Said he would start on Monday and be done Tuesday or Wednesday. Monday - Would not answer phone which says "not taking calls from this subscriber" - but he would text. Strug us along all day and finally said "tomorrow" - similar story next day. Similar story next day. Now says he will refund half of the $2,000 deposit since he has time in coming to quote and drip off 40 sheets of hardy backer. It is the hardy backer for showers, not floors and it is 40 sheets where 50 or more will be needed. He is a fraudster and has committed theft of funds for service which is apparently a complete fraud. I paid people to on site to do other work which needs the floor down. I am out much more in anguish and other hard dollars, but I just want my money back and he can come get his incorrect and inappropriate material which is about $400 at ***********
