    I hired Emerson Pro Services / H33383838373138**37**H Air Duct & Dryer Vent on 07/04/24. There is an issue with the work to which they have yet to come back and repair. I&#**;ve left numerous messages @ ************, & in addition at least ten (10) text messages to #************ with one of their Employees. This Employee continues to promise someone will be here on a certain date however no one ever shows. I was told (via text) that someone would be here on Tuesday 12/10/24 (8a), still a no show and yet to hear back via text message.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Upon receiving your initial call, we acknowledged the issue with the air duct vent and offered to rectify it at no additional cost. We aimed to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.
    Regrettably, during the scheduling process, there were misunderstandings which led to communication difficulties. Our technician attempted multiple times to arrange a suitable time for the repair, but unfortunately, a mutually agreeable time was not established. We understand the importance of respectful and effective communication and regret any impression of discourtesy.
    To resolve this matter swiftly and to your satisfaction, we are more than willing to send a different technician to fill the space around the air duct vent at no extra charge. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to schedule this service. We value your business and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our work.
