    This business is a scam, they retrieved information from the net about my family and signed me up for a plan, for a $20 monthly fee.. I called the business, and I was told that I signed up a contract with one of their salesman, which is a lie.. I am not exactly sure how they got a hold of my banking information but somehow they did and started billing my account in June of 2023.

    The following comments are in response to BBB complaint (#********) filed by *** *******regarding his Alliance for Affordable Services (Alliance) membership.  We appreciate the opportunity to address the comments made. 

    Since 1981, the Alliance has offered great benefit packages to businesses, individuals,and their families.  Alliance Membership provides access to a variety of personal, professional, educational, and health & wellness benefits that help members and their families save money. 

    Sign-up for Alliance membership is limited to a secure online website application or via a sale by an independent agent (whose managing entity has been authorized to offer Alliance membership.)  According to our records, the $19.95 Alliance Protection membership for Mr. ******* in question was submitted via the enrollment process using an independent agent.

    Alliance would not have access to any persons demographic or payment information had it not been provided to us via enrollment through our secure online join page or via signup with an agent for the express purpose of issuing an Alliance membership.  After speaking with Mr.******* on March 27, 2024, his association membership and access to all benefits were promptly canceled as per his request and no further drafts have nor will occur against his account.  Should you or Mr. ******* have any further questions, please dont hesitate to give the Alliance Member Services team a call at **************, M-F, 7 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., CT.
