I have had to submit receipts multiple times for doctors ***********s. Called today to figure out why my FSA card was put on hold to find out there wasnt enough information on the receipt I provided and NO ONE contacted me to tell me there was an issue with a receipt sent in for a service on 2/17, receipt sent in on 2/19. It is now 3/11, I just got a reminder email this morning that my receipt had NOT been submitted and my card was on hold at my dr *********** today. It hasn't even been 30 days.

After a review of the itemized receipt received on March 11, 2024, we have reactivated your debit card. The receipt is in processing and you will be officially notified of the status within 2 business days.

Our records indicate that this receipt was requested (via email) on January 25, February 14, and again on March 10, 2024.

We also are awaiting a response from MasterCard regarding the dispute you filed about the amount of this transaction due to expected insurance involvement.

For the other pending transaction on your account, please submit an itemized receipt. Your recent submission for that transaction was not itemized.

    Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:   I have not received a phone call, I have had to submit a second receipt for another physician FOUR times and it STILL has not been accepted and no reason has been explained to me. I called a representative again this morning and again got no further detailed explanation as to why I have had to submit the receipt so many times and it has not been accepted. It has all of the required information, physicians name, phone number, address, service, date, amount charged, and my name on it. I am never getting an FSA card again. The $200 tax savings isnt worth it.

Tax Saver Plan has randomly shut off my FSA Debit Card citing ridiculous reasons. They make it really hard to get ahold of them to request they reactivate the card. All of the funds that I don't spend in the plan year goes back to the plan administrator, and sometimes there's a split between the plan administrator and the employer, which is wild. Anyway, these folks are clearly incentivised to make using MY money harder, as they get 100% of what I don't spend. This is is blatant fraud. Probably the ***************************** definition of it, tbh. But hey, it only takes about ******* of us Americans to get ripped off before literally any institution will pay any attention to this. There yah have it. Hard working middle class American over just getting ripped off by a ********** company, lol. Good times, America. ***************** HA!

****************** elected, through his employer, to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for 2023.
He elected $1000 for the year (Jan- *********** was issued a debit card that could be used to pay for eligible expenses throughout the year.
During the year, he used the card for $468.56 in expenses.
As the Third Party Administrator (hired by his employer), we are required to request substantiation/documentation that each debit card transaction follows IRS Regulations for eligibility.

****************** also submitted manual claims for reimbursement during 2023.
Once we processed those claims, two separate direct deposit reimbursements were issued to ********************** bank account ($290.07 on Oct 6, 2023 and $243.60 on Oct 13, 2023).

Once ****************** reaches his election amount in reimbursement (via debit card transactions and/or manual reimbursements), no further reimbursements can occur.
    ******************** has reached that amount  ($468.56 + $290.07 + 243.60).
His current debit card remains active so he can use it again next year if he elects to re-enroll in the plan.

I would also like to note that if any FSA accounts have funds remaining after the plan year ends, it is IRS Regulations that those funds remain in the Plan (under the Plan Sponsor/Employer).
TaxSaver Plan does not benefit/profit in any way due to plan forfeitures.

This company claimed that they have professional online support, and supposed to process claims in 48 business hours and distribute the approved claim funds soon after. But its been almost 20 days since the claim was approved, many online inquiries to where is the claim fund distribution at, only to get the same copy paste response that someone will look at this and call you back asap. But no one calls, they just keep dragging it on. They also don't have ACH fund distribution available at all where other vendors for FSA processing had it years ago, everything has to be done by a printed check and USPS which is not environmental friendly at all and costs extra. Please try to do better for your customers, they are the one paying you fees for your services which is to process claims and distribute claim funds in a timely manner.
