      Had a cash contract for $950 with them for surgery on December 1, 2020. I did not receive an invoice so after 3 months I called them to pay. They couldnt do anything due to Covid. Over a year later I get a bill for over $4,000!! I sent in documentation and they then sent a bill for $2,200. Again I protested they then sent a bill for $2,012. I completed a dispute. No reply until last year when I had another procedure which they managed to bill properly. Now they sent me to collections filing a date of 2022 on the services. All I ever asked for was an invoice stating the balance I was contracted to pay. I was advised to never pay a bill with the inaccurate amount because they can say you legally agreed to the statement you paid on. I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus and am looking into what I can do legally for harassment and fraud.

      USAP is terrible. They provided anesthesia for a surgery. They failed to file the provided secondary insurance. After no less than eight phone calls over a six month period, they still had no records of a secondary insurance even though I gave it to them three different times. I was told by one representative that they couldnt access their own database because they were hacked from ransomware. They have now sent this to collections. Good luck!

      Beware of this company. They refuse to reissue a refund check to my late fathers estate (to replace a check sent after his passing). I sent them the requested documentation and, so far, no replacement check. They even lied and told me the check had been mailed. Nice, stealing from a deceased mans estate.

      USAP is the worst. I had a preventive procedure in May of 2022 that should have been covered in full, but I was billed for the allowable amount anyway. USAP and my insurer pointed fingers at each other for about a year, I still don't know which is at fault. While I was waiting for them to sort it out, USAP threatened to send my account to collections. So I paid them in December of 2022 - what a mistake that was! More than a year later they finally got things sorted out with my insurer and got paid by the insurer in January of 2024. I've been trying to get them to send my refund, but I have called every week since; first they told me my refund was on the way. When it didn't show up I called again and they told me the system is down and they can't give me an update. For the last three weeks I've called and the system is still down. I have escalated within USAP and get the same answer. I offered to provide records of my payment and the insurer payment, they tell me they can't do anything while the system is down. I guess it's time to get my insurer involved. Also wondering if the ** Attorney General can help me out.

      Sent us a TEXT MESSAGE letting us know that we had been sent to collections. We received a bill 1 year after services were rendered that did not have insurance applied. The company was going to apply after I gave them the insurance information. We never received a bill after that until we were notified VIA TEXT that we were sent to collections. I have tried 3 times over the past week to get a hold of Anesthesia Partners because I would like some answers and all they have told me is that their systems are down and cannot help me at this time. I called our insurance company and they let me know a claim was never filed. The collections company is telling us we need to talk to Anesthesia Partners but there is absolutely no help on this end. Terrible customer service. We are going to have to use them again in a couple of months because we're having a second child and I am DREADING IT because of how awful they have been with helping us. The star rating is 0 from me.

      I've been needing information to reconcile my bill but I've been getting the "run around" by **** Anesthesia saying their systems are down, which it's been over 2 weeks now. No one can give me any answers, as I've called 4 times. Don't understand how your systems are down but yet you can still send bills and take payments. Need this resolved asap. This is absolutely ridiculous that no one can resolve this issue.

      Sent an unpaid bill to a debt collector without actually mailing the bill to my address. When I called in they acknowledged that the bill was never mailed out and rescinded from debt collection. Probably worth implementing a policy where they check if the bill was mailed out before sending to debt collection.

      US Anesthesia has been very difficult to work with! I promptly paid them when I received their bill, but now that I am owed a refund, I dont get any responses to my emails or phone calls. I have involved BCBS to help out with this as well. It has been 8 weeks since I paid them and I still havent gotten a full refund!

      We recently received a bill from this company for my husband's surgery. I had paid all of his bills so I pulled my paperwork and sure enough we paid the original bill. I then called and e mailed all of my paperwork including the bank statement. They have been fourteen days into their investigation and still can't figure this out. Think twice before using their services! The doctors don't deserve the second rate support staff.
