One of the best decisions I made was to hire Care Mountain to provide care for my husband. From my initial contact with *****, to inside admistration and ****** in accounting, my experience with Care Mountain was excellent. I just wanted to say that Care Mountain offers excellent eldercare service and has my highest recommendation. The entire care team, Gagan, ******* and ******, were wonderful and professional and so respectful of my mother. But the real ***** of this group was ***** *. who my mother adored. ***** provided her with great friendship, support and love.If you're in the ****** area and looking for home health aide or eldercare support, Care Mountain is the way to go - a family business that takes care of your family in the best way.Care Mountain

While I was in rehab, Care Mountain staff came to rehab facility to meet me. I was confident that Care Mountain would find a good caregiver for me when I was discharged and returned home. I found my Care Mountain caregiver to be caring and capable. She managed the daily tasks here at home while I was able to rebuild my strength and confidence. She was skilled in the kitchen, in managing the household and in taking very good care of me. I highly recommend Care Mountain, a very good company in every aspect of their business.Care Mountain

Care Mountain provided excellent care for my Dad. ***** and ****** also provided excellent advice to me as we navigated an area new to me. I was impressed with the longevity of the company and their expansion over the years; this shows they care for their customers. ***, our care giver was skilled and held several elder care certifications. The owners/managers are caring people and a great **** to work with. I used the Dallas **** for care of my loved one weekly for 3 years and received professional service. We needed 24/7 care for our mother for several weeks at the end of her life. She very much wanted to be at home and Care Mountain made that possible. Our certified nursing assistant, *******, adopted Mom and stayed with her the entire time. She is a treasure and a dedicated professional. *****, the administrator was very helpful in getting us set up and explaining the procedures as was ******, who helped me understand how billing works. In addition, we recieved personalized nursing care from ******, the nursing supervisor who took the time to check in with me often and answer any questions I had. 5 starsI'm really thankful that we decided to go with Care Mountain. When my grandmother started needing a caregiver, it was a scary process. We didn't know how to evaluate what she needed or how to go about finding the right person. We were referred to Care Mountain by a friend of my grandmother's. ***** came out personally to chat with her and evaluate her needs. We met with several caregivers before finding the right fit, and eventually landed on ******. ****** was great and was there with my grandmother the day she passed. She stayed with me in the hospital and has checked in to see how my family and I are doing through the grieving process. I know she cared greatly for my grandmother, and it means a lot that she was there with her until the end. 5 starsCare Mountain has been an incredible resource as I have been navigating the care needed for my mother. They were responsive, thorough, kind, informative and comprehensive in the services that they were able to provide. We needed to move very quickly to find in-home care for my mother as I live out of state and she was being released from skilled nursing. ***** at Care Mountain not only quickly identified care givers for 24/7 live in care, but also was very helpful in organizing PT/OT. It was seamless. Additionally, the team has been very good at communication. 5 starsWhen my mother died, I started looking for someone to help my dad. He had mild dementia, and although I live close, I worried about him navigating the daily world on his own. In searching the web for a company to call, I found Care Mountain. Their ratings and reviews were excellent, and they ended up providing a caregiver who knocked it out of the park! **************** started out with just a couple of hours a day, cooking dinner, and checking on Dad. Over the next two years, her hours increased, and their friendship deepened, as she became one of our family. Dad was very active, right up to the weeks before he passed away on his 91st birthday. ***** took care of him through all the stages, right up to his last breath.
