  Hired this company to replace six windows at the church I pastor. ******* work and professional. Did exactly what they said they would do. No complaints.

  If I could leave a 0/5 I would. These are the worst contractors you could get yourself involved in. I had interior and exterior work done on a property in ******************** and after the initial demo and drywall work went ok everything else went off the rails. They don't use a professional accountant or accounting system so they always change costs after the fact. The improperly manage their own funds so they don't stick to the original bids and try to get more than what was noted. They regularly were weeks late on everything! The subs would routinely be late, no-show, or do horrible work like with some basic as drawings for a bathroom. Even the most desperate person should steer clear. Couldn't even get a reimbursement on an overpay that they themselves noted was due. Absolute nightmare!!!

  Mr. *********** ****** and ******* ****** the owner of **************** are house flippers. They contacted Chiquita Management Services LLC to remodel the interior of their property at 6736 Starnes Rd North Richland Hills, TX. Mr. *********** ****** and ******* ****** drew up the contract and we agreed to remodel the home for a certain amount. Mr. ****** was paid by the bank and when we requested for payment. He and his wife refused to pay the balance after the remodeling of the home was completed. These flippers did not abide by their own contract. He wanted the CMS LLC to take a lesser amount than what we contractual agreed to do the work for. Mr. ****** will cheat and scam you at every opportunity. Please advise contractors do not accept any work from CTLQ Enterprises owned and operated by *********** ****** and ******* ******. They will not pay you when you complete the remodeling. There are pictures of the house that are on realtor.com and you will see photos of the work we done and we built a garage as well. Mr. ****** representative from the bank came over and inspected the property at 6736 Starnes Rd North Richland Hills, TX. The bank representative said the work was very good and he was signing off to have the money released and the contractor can be paid. Mr. ****** would fuss and curse and threaten the sub-contractors on a daily basis. He was truly the flipper from hell. These are not people you want to do business with at any time.

  Kitchen remodeling was a success! It was nice working with Mr. ******** very professional and will make sure you are fully satisfied with what you need. This company is definitely a must for my future project.
