    Citizen Home Solutions was referred to us by our realtor. They promised an easy, no hassle transfer of all our utilities but the Tuesday before Thanksgiving we found out the hard way we had no gas. For failing to setup our service, the incompetent rep we were assigned could only offer the weak excuse of "we thought the provider was Coserv and only recently found out it was Atmos." They apologized for the inconvenience but that night temperatures got close to freezing. That's dangerous territory when you have a 3 year old living in the house, well beyond a mere inconvenience. They offered to setup an appointment with Atmos but the earliest service was the Monday following Thanksgiving (and I already took that step anyway), but why would I ever trust them after such massive incompetence? Thanks for ruining Thanksgiving.

    They have a ******************** Don't use it. They failed to get my gas service activated, which I had to do myself, and now my water service was just shut off. Set up your utilities on your own.
