      HORRIBLE Customer Service.I would give them 0 stars if I could. The app glitched out and changed the date. They did nothing. Could not talk with anyone and the messages led to a dead end. Will never use them again. Dont waste your time.

      Horrible **************** I booked a room in *** on the wrong date by accident even though I had a reservation for the correct date at the same property a few weeks later they refused to refund my money even though I called to cancel 53 minutes after making the erroneous mistake reservation

      I will never use this site again.I made a reservation thru here and my credit card was immediately compromised and I got phone calls from a foreign scammer.I had to cancel my reservation and it happened again and the foreign scammer had all my info from my new card again.

      Hotels.com fraudulently sold me a room in what they said was a 153 room hotel with hardwood floors, a 5-minute drive from the ************** experience in *********. When we got there, we discovered that it was actually a 15 room motel with plastic floors that was much further from the attraction than advertised. I showed the listing to the owner of the motel and he literally said, this isn't my motel.Furthermore, the room was sold as non-smoking, and had clearly been recently smoked in, as evidenced by the cigarette burn on the top sheet of the bed! The only washcloth in the bathroom was a cleaning rag that looked like it had been used to clean the toilet.When I confronted Hotels.com with all this information, they refused to give any kind of a refund or issue any kind of an apology. Their offerings are not to be trusted!

      We made a reservation at ******** By ******, *************** *****. We received an email stating that those rooms were no longer available. The ************************* concert at ***** A&M was that night attended by a record setting ******* fans. It was obvious that the reservation was cancelled in order to get a higher room rate as even Motel 6 was charging over $353/night for concert goers.

      Hotels.com and Ramada in *****. I had to wait until 4:30 to get in my room because they were not cleaned yet. Staff was not very accommodating. Did not offer me to wait in the lounge and grill which I didnt know was there. I asked for a room close to a door for my service dog and they put me right in the middle of two possible doors. Then when I got my room the hallways were dirty. The door doesn't fit the frame causing big gaps. The security latch didn't fit to lock. There was no plug for the bath tub which I changed my mind on because the tub was not clean there was hair on the walls and dirt around the tuband I dont think the floor along the tub has ever been clean and the drawers in the dresser dont stay shut. ??what a s****t hole. On the up side the bed was comfortable. The water was hot. And there was a hot breakfast in the morning. Thats how I discovered the lounge. ??Anyway thats about it. In closing this is the worsed Ramada I have ever stayed in and unless I hear things have changed I won't be back.?? and Hotels.com will not allow this review on there site. Amagin that! I don't recommend hotel.com to anyone.

      Hotel.com is hosting hotels with fake reviews. After check reviews on ****** I asked Hotel.com to cancel my reservation in ***** but they did not help. It turns that Hotel Ambience using fake reviews, turns A/C off at midnight, etc. Hotel Ambience never replied to my messages. After using their service for years I am not longer their client

      I was charged $96 in 'taxes and fees'. What does that include? I was told at the hotel desk it was a deposit, and that after I checked out,it would be refunded. It made a $150 room a booked, into a $250 room, which,had I known it WASNT a deposit,I would NEVER have booked the **** room. I just want my $96 back. I'm not a rich person and needed and still need that money

      Hotels.com is a fraudulent operation. I was supposed to check in a hotel reserved through Hotels.com on June 14, 2024. I got an email that they canceled my reservation on the 13th! Unbelievable! They gave a lame reason saying "most likely due to the method of payment." My credit card is valid and that is the mode of payment I just used on the 13th of June, the same date I got their cancelation notice to make my reservation directly with Best Western. This business should be avoided like the plague!

      They are horrible and rude. You cannot cancel reservation for any reason, including sickness or death. I am a 100% disabled veteran and they would not give me refund. I started trying to contact them 10 days earlier. I couldnt talk to anyone. I will never use them again. The airline, rental auto, insurance all accepted my reason but no Hoootel dot Com.
