    For the past 2yrs they have double charged for our yearly subscription of ZipForm. It takes numerous calls to get a refund. Every time they say the refund will be received within 5-10 days. It never happens. Call again they say same thing. Cant talk to the billing/finance department. Was told today they dont have phones only emails. This company customer service continues to be a joke!

    Terrible Service and Difficulty Cancelling Lonewolf Technology Broker Cloud Product.On 5/3/24, I initiated the cancellation of our Lonewolf Technology Broker Cloud product. Upon doing so, I immediately received an automated case number. However, after waiting for a few days without any response, I sent another email on 5/8/24. Despite this follow-up, it wasn't until 5/9/24 that I received another email requesting further details about our account.Finally, on 5/21/24, I received an email from account management apologizing for the delay, citing a high volume of requests. However, the email stated that they were unable to cancel the account as our contract extends until the end of the year. It's worth noting that our request for cancellation was made on 5/1/24, after we had already paid the monthly fee, intending to cancel in good standing.Our decision to cancel stemmed from the realization that the service no longer provided value to our business, especially considering the volume we were handling. What's more frustrating is that this isn't the first time I've attempted to cancel, only to encounter a similar runaround. In the past, I might have let it slide, but realizing that they've been able to charge us for an additional ***** months due to delays and difficulties in cancelling is deeply concerning.After reading other reviews echoing similar experiences with Lonewolf Technology, I can't help but feel that this is not just a one-off issue, but rather a systemic problem. The practice of making cancellation ****** complex and delaying responses appears deliberate and exploitative.Overall, my experience with ***************************** and cancellation process has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. As a customer, I expect transparency, efficiency, and fairness, none of which were demonstrated in this ordeal. I give one Star Review our actual sentiment would actually be -5 star.

    This company is a sham. They overpromise, underdeliver, and then do not let you out of your contract after learning of how little can be done with the program. We have had to pull teeth to confirm that our account will be cancelled at the end of the contract. Appalling business practices all around, and on top of it, the data they provided was not accurate meaning it couldn't even be used.The service we used was BrokerMetrics and rest assured we will never be using it again. The parent company LoneWolf is unhelpful, unethical, and have no regard for their clientele. We will be seeing where else we can leave them a negative review.

    A company that will automate your ad spend without clear permissions to do so. They get your credit card and have access to your listings. They will start spending your money before you relize what has happened. Buyer beware. They are underhanded in their business practices.

    This company is a trap. While their systems are functional. There is nearly zero support to fix issues that arise with set up or adding additional services. Once you sign on they take weeks to respond to repair tickets, provide zero follow up and have no direct contact process. Incoming calls are bounced around from department to department where you will be asked to provide all of the information you provided to the last department. This happens repeatedly until you hang up or they say they will try to fix the problem offline and get back to you. No one is getting back to you. If you are someone who values a prompt reply and system functionality within a few days of making a request. This is not the company for you.

    I've not encountered such an unethical company as this. I signed up for a free trial of their Cloud CMA product and though I cancelled before the end of the free period (I actually tried to cancel no less than 5 times) they tried to charge me nearly $500. Not once but for over a week. Each time my bank flagged them as fraudulent and I ended up having to go to my credit union and change account numbers. It took 3 phone calls and they say they will stop trying to charge me but time will tell. This company is a scam, with no accountability. They should not be able to continue to do business like this. You shouldn't have to jump through these hoops to cancel. Complete scam. Steer clear.

    This company is a sham. I purchased leads in early '23 and called every one of them. Most, if not all, were leads that will never convert-not even close! Their leads are super weak and they put you through gyrations so that when you complain they come back with, "you didn't do your part". After complaining to them 4 times I received no resolve. Leads did not improve. Nothing changed. So, if you are thinking of buying leads from Lone Wolf, or PPC (Pay Per Close) then think twice.

    Transaction desk product did not notify me when seller signed.. has happened before.. I paid for a working product and I am very disappointed to say the least. should refund me my money.

    I own a brokerage with about 75 agents. We get the basic Zipform Plus Platform through our *********** of ********* We added BackOffice as a transaction management and reports software. All I can say is "Wow". The support from this company is horrendous. No one seems to know how to answer simple questions or fix anything. The process of even posing a question is daunting and confusing. Tickets are marked as "completed" when the issue hasn't even been close to being resolved. It seems that the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Both of these products are owned by LoneWolf yet the integration is laughable. I'm way too embedded now to change, and they know that. Run as far away from this company as you possible can. I think their system is capable of being a great system but there is no one there to guide you through it when you need them.

    They deserve a zero rating. This company has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. You cannot speak to support and they don't respond to support tickets. *********** is outdate and clunky. In a technology world you would expect more. They never set up my IDX feed for my listings to go into *********** and no one would ever get back to me about it. I have been trying to get someone to respond to me for weeks now with no luck. Do not purchase this product.
