    Started policy with insurance company on 12/5 and cancelled on 12/7 and they refuse to refund my money.

    Date of transaction August 8, 2023. We filed a claim when the air conditioner was struck by lightning during the first week of August. We received a call from the adjuster around the end of August requesting our banking information to pay the claim. We never received the payment and have made numerous attempts to contact him with no response. I spoke with customer services in November; they told me the claim was still pending and they would elevate the claim to the adjuster and his manager and they had to respond within twenty four hours. As of today December 1, 2023 we still have no response. The premium is $114.20 a month for 12 months coverage.
