Not happy with this agent at all. One, I had a fender ****** and was difficult to get them to pay but have had all kinds of billing problems with them. They lied to me and canceled my insurance and said I needed over $1000 to start it back up then a couple weeks later they said that was back pay for insurance. I was like you wrote my car lenders that I was canceled

In February of 2023 ****************** received a notice of cancellation, his policy was NOT cancelled but was set to cancel if payment was not received for the balance due. The amount owed was due to a combination of both technical billing issues that Foremost Insurance was dealing with and declined payments from the customer's account. There were several months during the policy term where payment was not received and these amounts accumulated over time, we explained this to ****************** on March 23rd 2023 in an email:

"Good morning, ****. I do apologize for the billing issues that have taken place and want to do what I can to make it all make sense. I talked to the billing department this morning and below is the information I received. You should be able to double check all this with your bank or credit card company (whichever was used).

    February 2022 manual payment made

March, ****** *** draft payment was made

June draft declined; manual payment made

July, August, September, October, no payment was made (company was having billing issues at this time, this could be the reason the policy did not cancel back then)

November declined draft, manual payment made

    December, January no payment made

The $1,040.83 payment in February 2023 was to make up for payments not received for previous term."

We have explained to ****************** that his policy never cancelled, we confirmed this again today with the insurance carrier. His policy never cancelled and he has only been charged for coverage he has been provided under his policy.
