    Claim #: 1099971-**-PPCL Safeway Insurance Company's insured hit my vehicle on 11/29/2023 and was decided to be liable for the incident. My estimate for services has not been paid in full. My trusted auto body repairman/mechanic gave a fair and reasonable estimate of $5,120.49. As of January 10th, **** I received an initial payment of $1,715.36 and my auto body repairman/mechanic submitted a supplemental request for a total of $5120.49. He received a supplement of $1,530.75. We have both called Safeway Insurance Company multiple times and have made contact with the Claims Manager and the Appraiser Supervisor requesting the final fair and reasonable payment of $1,874.38 to no avail. At this point we cannot get anyone to call or email us back. Safeway Insurance Company told us that the discrepancy between their payments and my mechanics estimate is due to labor pricing. My mechanic surveys regional repair shop's labor prices and charges the median labor price point. When Safeway Insurance Company was asked how they decide fair labor prices, what software program/policy they use to decide fair labor rates, and when they last surveyed the ****** ***** regional area for labor rates, we were provided no information. Due to their car rental reimbursement program, I have been riding the city bus for six weeks.

    On July 10th 2023 I was in a collision. The insured of Safeway Insurance was ticketed with improper lane usage. I have sent in estimate as well as paper work required of them. It is August 16th, I have tried to contact the adjuster ******************************* ************ with no response whatsoever. I then was directed to her supervisor ************************* with no response. My vehicle was damaged and I have heard nothing after the initial contact. I have left messages on both ******************* phones. I need to have repairs done on my vehicle and cannot get a response. What do you need from me to help me out.The claim number is 0125440-**-PPCL Safeway Insurance Company ************************************************** ************, ************ ************************************** Any help would be greatly appreciated
