    I have been dealing with this fraudulent corporation for years now because an account was created in my name (with an old invalid mailing address) for equity shares. I have NEVER consented to this, nor did I ever create this account myself. I have contacted their customer service numerous times to request that they cease any and all activity associated with my name. They refuse to cooperate, and I am extremely worried they will continue to try to obtain more of my information to maintain this account. This account can be affecting my credit score as well as my ACTUAL equity profile that I have with my employer. I need help in getting them to OFFICIALLY cancel and terminate this fraudulent account that is in my name. Again, to be clear, I NEVER created this account with this ********************, NOR did I ever consent to or share my information with them.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing this complaint to report a serious issue involving fraudulent activity linked to my personal information, specifically in relation to Apex Clearing. I recently discovered that 1099-B forms were filed under my name, indicating that I owe the *** $4,000. These forms are associated with Apex Clearing, a company with which I have no dealings. I have never held any brokerage accounts nor participated in any investment activities, and I am completely unaware of any transactions that would generate these forms.Upon reviewing my 2021 tax transcript, I found that this tax balance is connected to Apex Clearing. I strongly believe that my personal information has been compromised, and these forms are a result of fraudulent activity. This issue is severely impacting my financial situation, as it has delayed my tax refund and caused unnecessary stress.I have already taken the following steps to address the issue:I have contacted the ************************ (***) to report the potential fraud and identity theft.I have enlisted a tax preparer to help resolve this issue.I am seeking immediate correction from Apex Clearing, including:Removal of any 1099-B forms linked to my name from their records.The submission of corrected documents to the *** to remove any fraudulent claims associated with my name.Written confirmation that any fraudulent activity has been fully investigated, rectified, and that my personal information has been protected.If Apex Clearing does not address this matter promptly, I will be forced to take further action and report the company to relevant regulatory bodies, including the *** and the FTC.I am asking the Better Business Bureau to assist in resolving this issue by holding Apex Clearing accountable for their actions and ensuring they take the necessary steps to correct this error.Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the mishandling of my account and the unauthorized actions your company has taken, which I believe are fraudulent and ************ account was transferred from ****, a cashback app, to APEX without any prior notice, and I was never informed about how to access the account or what steps I needed to take. I was left completely in the dark regarding the account number, and every attempt I made to access my account led me down a confusing and frustrating series of virtual hallwaysfull of logins, passwords, redirects, and other user experience failures.After struggling to find a way to resolve this, I eventually figured out how to submit a support ticket to request my account number. Once I was able to create a login, I was shocked to discover that, like many other customers who have shared similar complaints, **** had taken my money without my consent and created an account that I did not request or authorize. Worse yet, APEX proceeded to charge me a monthly fee of $15 for managing this unauthorized account, essentially siphoning off my funds without providing any value.This situation is an egregious example of a fraudulent, dishonest scam. **** is leeching funds from customers by creating accounts they never authorized and charging monthly fees for them. I strongly believe that ***** actions warrant criminal review, and I urge relevant authorities, including the *** and FINRA, to investigate this matter thoroughly. There needs to be accountability for the millions of dollars your company may be illicitly collecting from customers who never signed up for or agreed to these services.I demand that 100% of my funds be immediately returned to me. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and will not tolerate further delays.

    I never opened or transfered any account to this company. I have no investments. I have been receiving this mail to my dad's address for about a year now. I can not get in touch with the company. I want account closed down immediately. And my personal information removed from the this company. I do not know who Apex is or how this could of happened. I must be a victim of Identity theft. Please remove my information from ****. Thank you.

    Received a check from Apex but can't figure out why. There was no letter with the check or information on the investment it came from. I have tried to contact them by phone and email but have received no response. I do not know if this check is legitimate and if there are tax ramifications. I really need to talk with someone at Apex Clearing as soon as possible.

    On my ************* brokerage account it shows that my funds were transferred to Apex Clearing House. I call and email Apex Clearing in an attempt to get control of the funds and I received no assistance.

    I had a ****** account that was over $60 in value transferred to ****. Then, without knowledge, fees were deducted from my account until the value reached zero. It was extremely deceptive that I was charged this see without my knowledge until the account has no value.

    My account with Bumped moved over to ****. Only for then to have Apex completely fee out my account, which was well over $100 in stocks and ETFs, without notice. I saved and earned these investment dollars only to have it all taken away without any acknowledgment. The fees were excessive and the business does not favor the retail consumer. I truly wish I could get my funds back that took time to build. Truly feel bad too for others that fell victim.
