    Prestige Landscape Services serves my apartment complex, Park at Flower Mound. On September 8, I went out to my vehicle and found the driver side window shattered. There was no note, and they did not inform the property manager of the damage. The damage was caused by a rock being projected at the window from a landscaping equipment. My husband and I have tried to contact them at least five times to no avail. On September 12, I even tracked down the supervisor, Antonio, when they were servicing the lawn the following week. He came to my vehicle, took a picture of the damage and the building number. He said he would let the owner know. He called my husband back the same day and stated he would come back to look at the damage, but he never came or called. I located Antonio, again, the next time they were at the apartments and advised him that I had yet to hear from the owner; so, he gave me his direct number. I called and left a message but no response. I was unable to drive my vehicle for a week, as they glass company wasn't able to come out until September 15. We paid $284.41 to have the window repaired and $45 to have the window tinted. I am looking for a refund for they damage they caused to my vehicle. September 8: Damage occurred, call the apartment manager who gave us Jared (or Jerri's) direct number. Husband called and left a message @ 4:33 PM. September 9: Called twice @ 10:14 AM and 5:56 and left a voicemail the second time. September 12: Tracked down Antonio, supervisor, who took pictures of the window and building number and advised he would tell the owner. He called my husband that same day and said he would come back the next day to look at the window, again. September 15: Glass Doctor repaired the window September 19: I tracked down Antonio again and he gave me Jerri's number (the same number we already had). I left a message at 11:31. Window replacement: $284.41 Window tint: $45.00 Total refund requested: $329.41

The office never let us know, nor were we ever contacted by this resident. We require notification within 48 hours of any incident so it can be properly investigated. Our contact info is very accessible online and we are always happy to help resolve any issue we may accidentally cause. If the resident will get in contact with us, we can issue a refund. Thank you,
