My family received a call from this company as an agent of investigation of a loan from this company Speedy Loan of $3300 or more and they were going to garnish my income. I have never had a loan. Its all false. I want to stop the calls and any other problems that have.Initial Complaint

The gentleman that I talked to, was very disrespectful, refused to allow me to speak to his supervisor, took money out of my account not once but 6 times and did not put it back, he acted like he handed off the phone to supervosor, and pretended to be the supervisor, when caught lying he got angry with me and hateful again. Can not get thru to corporate in any way.Initial Complaint

Speedy loans called my cellular phone offering me a **** dollar loan for 12% and $93 per monthly payment. I spoke with 3 people. The last told me that he was verifying my checking acct. This man with an accent to me he would electronically send me $500 and that I needed to send it right back. I said, I've had lots of loans and this is a scam and hung up, but they already have all my acct number so I had to close my checking acct where I get my SSD deposited. They also knew I am disabled. Horrible people. They took advantage of me.Initial Complaint

I just applied for speedy loan online,after I did application, after I did it,instead of saying,when I put ** in,the application should have stopped or they should say by law what states they do loans on,but instead they took my name,address,phone,ss# and they said,we dont do loans in Ny,that is fraudInitial Complaint

I went through the process on this website to apply for a loan. It said to call a number to continue verification which I did. It was a foreign guy who said I was approved, that I just had to get my credit score. I would receive my money by 7pm. The site was one which charged a $1 fee for a 7 day trial to which I told him I had no cards with money on them. He told me to go to another site which I did & said for me to put my card info in anyways, that it would still go through. I did that which accepted my card & showed me my score. He didn't ask any info about my score & told me to go back to their website. When I did he directed me to go to lenders & told me to apply through ZippyLoan, that I would receive a call from them by 7pm. When I did that it just directed me to more lenders. I called him back to find out why he had already told me I was approved if I was just going to have to apply with other lenders & he started yelling at me & arguing so I hung up. I'm pretty sure it's just a scam to try to get money & personal info. They now have all my info, my card info, & everything. Stay away from this site!!Initial Complaint

Contacted them for a loan. They asked a few questions. Had me fill out three reports for credit. They monitor your credit. Said only one, then two and then three. Said i would not get charged. My credit card was charged three times. Had to cancel these each. They gave me a hard time. I told them it was fraud I got credit for one so far. They have all my information out there. I called back and he told me stop calling that I will get an answer shortly. He said it was approved and that my payments would only be like $80 a month. I called back again and he said they will call me but never did it's another day later and still haven't called me this is such a phony place I'm going to look into getting someone involved they took all this information and put it out there for all these people to get scammed.Initial Complaint

Much like everyone else I was told I was approved and just had to go to a credit monitoring service. It took me to several and the person at speedy loan kept assuring me I would not be charged. I put my credit card information in and got charged $39.90. The person at speedyloan kept insisting it was not to be charged and they would get the charges reversed (which they did not). When I told them I was not going to go further with this because I found them distrustful the rep told me he would call me back and of course I haven't heard from him. This company prays on people with credit problems who are in need for help. I am not sure what they hope to gain since we generally do not have steelier credit which is why we went to them instead of a bank. I would like my refund of the money spent.
