A scam loan company. They approve the funds and say they will send it to your account but never do. Then they use your account information to still take the loan repayment even though no funds were ever even sent as a loan to the customerBusiness Response

They told me I was approved for a loan a week ago and that my funds may take 3 days to show on my bank. Well nothing has been deposited and they are trying to make me pay for funds i never received. I don't think so they are a scam!!!Business Response

I filled out this loan and was approved and website said fund would be received shortly it has been several days and NO ONE will contact me back! I recently applied for a loan 11/4/22. I got approved for 1,000.000. I called this morning and emailed yesterday. I was informed the money was deposited on 11/8/22 but i never received anything. The website says funding for approved applicants are typically the same or next business day. I also read the fine print and it said depending on your bank processing capabilities it could take up to 3 business days. I'm trying to be patient but this process is taking too long. The week is almost over. I also stated to them i received notification about my upcoming payment but no funds. I'm not going to pay for a loan i haven't even borrowed yet. I applied and was approved for a $1,000 loan on 10/5, per their email funds would be deposited into my bank account by end of day on 10/6. Guess what, it's 10/8 and still no deposit to my account. I even contacted my bank several times to see if their transaction was pending and each time they were not able to see anything. I even called We Lend Us and was told the check was sent but I would need to email my bank transactions to show I never received it. Still no response back nor have the funds been deposited into my account. So much for trying to get help and thinking this was a legit company. I should have read more reviews before wasting my time. Looks like I will need to find other options because this scam of a company is not it!Business Response

The Loan was never processed to the customer's account and has been closed on our side. The customer is welcome to re-apply for a new loan. I put the exact information from my bank for the loan and they are trying to say that the account could not be found and cancelled the loan once the check was returned. I received an email saying to log back into my account and update the payment information but when you do that you still have to apply for a new loan which does not make any sense. I got denied both times trying to apply for a new loan. Was told to wait up to 24hours both times and was still denied. How do you approve me one minute but then deny me the next time and I have still not received the funds I was suppose to get when updating my payment information. Do not waste your time applying for a loan from WeLendUs it's a waste of time and I think they are just scamming people to get their bank information because I have worked with other loan companies before and any issues with updating an account they were able to address with no problems. Beware of this company I wish I would have read the bad reviews before I had applied but I see what the problem is and it's clearly not the customers. However, there are certain issues that may arise that remain out of our control. In our investigation it appears that there are several factors that led to your inability to obtain a loan through our company. When we attempted to transfer the funds to your bank in the initial transaction, the funds did not go through. This could be an issue with your bank or our payment processor which we can investigate further. As we do not allow a customer to take out more than one loan at a time, we had you hold off on re-applying. When reapplying you used the same banking information as before, which will most likely not go through if it did not go through the first time. So, although you re-applied after 24 hours, it failed as our system has safeguards to prevent customers from taking out multiple loans or fraudulent attempts to take out loans based on the information provided during the application process. I applied and was approved for a loan on 9/25/22. On 9/26/22 after viewing login information on their site it states I would be receiving money soon. I contacted by phone they were closed.
