              I returned a hotspot in time for the line to be canceled and was charged for it. I was told I would get that credited and no more billing after. I just got the bill and not only did they not credit the 90 but they charged me again for a line that was supposed to be canceled and dead. I downloaded the conversation from my att chat only to see odd not found in each line of convo. Feels as if this was intentional. ***The calls are recorded and it was a line cancelation phone number that I had to call to close the line and not be charged.*** The chat is jibberish because it does not contain proof of a conversation about said issue. They have a practice of not giving clients proof to resolve the issue.

              This company adds on so many things to your bill until it’s ridiculous! I thought I was doing something by leaving straight talk just to upgrade. I was told my bill would be $60 for unlimited service per month. If I’m on social media too long that’s $10 extra and another $10 every time I go over what I thought was unlimited data for the price I’m paying! Total ripoff!! I can’t afford $160 a month for one cell phone per month!! You suck and I hate you money hungry AT&T!!! I can’t wait to get away from this company!!! I WANT OUT NOW!!!!!!
