1 starThis is the worst Wi-Fi I have ever had in my life it's very slow I would never recommend this to anybody I work from home and I had to restart my computer every day which of course makes me have to restart my my TV I couldn't hook up my Google and as for my work I have to meet so many quotas a day and because it's so slow I don't make it and then I don't get overtime I suggested to them to reach out to Alliance because they have the best I have ever dealt withReview fromMar B

1 starThe billing recently went up as they prefer you link you bank account rather than using a debit/credit card. I had called one month ago and updated my account to use my bank account for the discount to keep my bill the same, I spoke with the customer service agent and they assured me that even thought i would take 1-2 billing cycles they can honor my updated account and still credit me the discount plus make sure they noted our conversation in my account so the next agent can see it and use that information. 1 month later i get the updated bill without a discount so I called and asked about the inaccurate bill and if can get credited like I was told. The agent stated her hands are tied and there was nothing she can do and while I am logged in on their site, looking at my account I can see the bank acct. listed under payment methods. and the agent told me they cant see any bank account listed in my account. I asked how can i see it on your website logged in on my account but you can't see it on your end?? She read the notes from the previous agent but said that its not something she can do. I asked for a supervisor but was told they cant help because they are busy. Disappointed by the change of story from one agent to the next and then how can i see information on their website that they cant see. I even said I can send you a screenshot, email, text, anything to show you how it is there but they said they can't do that.Review fromJoseph B

1 starWe switched to at&t after battling our last provider through lie after lie.... of course att promised that would not be the case dealing with them. That was the first lie when I started to question them I was told we'll they didn't mean to tell you misleading information we just can't understand why your unhappy. Noone meant to intentionally lie to you it was a mistake. We cannot honor the lies but we can ask you for money and upgrade your services. Would that then make the situation better... if a company can not be trusted to tell me the truth the first time how many lies do I have sort through before someone is accountable and made to honor the contract they gave to me.... we now go without phones or internet. I hope this help people understand how crooked of a company they are handing there money to.Review fromGeorge R

1 starAT&T E-mailed me that they owed me $55.46 refund. I have asked one of there V.P. to send it to me at least 3 times. I should not of had to ask once still no money. When I talked to the V.P he also said AT&T would give me internet for $40. Never Happened. Now its at $45 So be very aware.Review fromGerald W

1 starI purchased a service through AT&T during the free phone promotion a few months ago. In order to get the phone, I need to get a monthly service subscription, which I did. Now, they want to start charging for the phone recuringly. So AT&T is full of ****. They lied and wants the money for the phone. My recommendation is to stay away from this money guzzler and shop elsewhere. I will be considering dropping this service, if they continue trying to charge me recurring payments for the phone .Review fromJaime A

1 starI went into the store to upgrade 2 phones. I explained to the sales person I ONLY wanted the 2 phones upgraded, DO NOT TOUCH MY PLAN. He tried to upsale me and was told no. At the end of the conversation, he said that if I looked at my bill on the internet it would show around 500.00 but dont worry it really isnt that it will be lower. WRONG!! 523.00. Started looking at my bill and he had added on another plan which my new phones were under with two additional lines. Then I had my original plan that he had added two new numbers to and two phones. He also had added a home tech protection plan. Made a complaint with the AT&T directors office and they told me they would fix it. We both agreed what would be removed and what would remain. It was not done, but they contacted me and wanted me to write a good review that it was done. I looked online and saw there were some credits but hard to see exactly what was done. I said I would not write a good review until I saw my next bill. My next bill was even higher. AT&T directors office had removed my credits they put on. I have tried to contact them again through phone and email. The AT&T directors office will not return my phone calls or emails.Review fromMelissa S

1 starI originally reached out to AT&T for their fiberoptic internet. The sales rep. stated the following: 1). If I bundled my package w 2 or more of their services that I was get a cheaper rate; 2) If I bundled my services that I would receive a free iphone 16 pro and a Gallaxy phone which would cost 2.94 a month for 36 months 3) I would receive a credit for my Iphone 14 pro once they received it and the value of the Iphone 14 pro would be applied towards the new phone which I assumed was towards the galaxy phone since I was told my Iphone 16 pro was free 4) I would receive 6 months of free internet ... None of this is true. I am not allowed to payoff the phones early and if I do then AT&T will keep my iphone 14 pro and the $1,000 credit. I am not receive my internet free for 6 months. Not to mention that my first bill was for $395.00 which included 2 months services; monthly cost of the phone and was told there was nothing they would do. It will be 2 to 3 billing cycles before they apply the $1,000 trade in credit even though they already have the trade in. What a rip off!!!! I didn't sign up for this. My bill has more than doubled from my previous carrier. This is marketing and sale fraud and elderly abuse which has caused me undue financial hardship. I want AT&T apply my trade in credit in full at 1 time to my account which should pay off the galaxy and give me my iphone 16 pro as was in the originaly agreement. I do not want to be charged any amount for the iphone 16 pro even if I get a credit later as this was not the offer. I want to be able to cancel my AT&T services and keep the phones and be able to transfer my numbers to another carrier. If I am required to keep my phone service, then they need to lower the cost of both phones without changing my plan to a cheaper plan.Review fromMike M

1 starI am still recieving bills AFTER my account was closed. After an hour in the automated system, i finally got a person at AT&T, they told me my account IS closed but it takes 2 months to close so they will continue to bill me until someone actually finishes the order to CLOSE my account. So Im paying hundreds of dollars for services that that I dont even have, to a company with poor customer service. That company is a joke. I will use carrier pigeons before I will ever use an AT&T service or product again.Review fromBarbara k

1 stari asked to have a new phone number. i contacted my provider AT&T. i was given a new number. however i found i was given a number still connected to another person i got locked out of Amazon, Paypal and other online sellers. when i contacted AT&T i finally got my old number back. then an email said my”plan” was almost used up. i had - 12 years ago i had an unlimited use plan. the fast talking representative told me i could get another unlimited plan and save $10 every month. huge red flag. she went on so fast and i wasn’t sure what she was saying until i figured out she was trying to upgrade to a 2 line plan. there is only one wifi device here- my iphone. now my current bill is $54.00 higher than before. all i can reach are robot chats which are useless. then Better Business bureau told me AT&T is nor an accredited BBB company!. i think it’s illegal to give a phone number which is already connected to a different person.Review fromAngelica E
