Worst phone company I have ever signed up with, not sure why they are still in business. Poor customer service, they are so nice to you to get you to sign on, then after you are locked in, they will not help you with any issues you may have. they disgust me. i even sold my shares of this lousy company. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM YOU WILL JUST BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY.

I recently cancelled AT&T wireless service to switch to a cheaper provider. They sent me my refund for half a month on an ATT debit card! So the only way I can use my refund is to sign up for this card! I called and asked why they can't refund to my card or just send me a check and they laughed and hung up. Another giant lumbering corporate beast that can't make money honestly so resorts to grifting and scamming from Americans.

I have been an A,T, & T customer for 45 years. I have had the same and more complaints since 2011. A, T,& T has over billed me, not honored the contracts, lied to me, fraudulently charged me for products and services I’ve never received or asked for on multiple times, and , never honored the agreed upon billing due date. When I cordially and respectfully called , over the years the agents told me they had fixed everything, lied to me, hung up on me, put me on hold for over an hour, or put me on hold and then hung up on me so when I called back the business was closed. The last time, after literally hundreds of calls I stated, I wanted to end this amicably or I would just cancel my subscription and go to the BBB. I was met by a Luis over the phone who gave me a canned sales pitch and agreed to charge me $182 a month only but never agreed to changing my payment date to the 15th or dismissing the $157 in late fees. He came across with the attitude as if I was an idiot, and it was his way or no way at all. So here I am, taking it to the next level. During this time , I’ve had to fight cancer 3 times and whether 3 heart attacks and other medical ailments brought on by toxic exposures while I was in the Marines. I’m not on disability, welfare , or social security. I work three jobs to pay all of my bills. I man up and expect them to do the same thing and fix this 15 years of grief and headache they’ve created for a good citizen, customer and veteran. If they can’t do that, please don’t use Memorial Days or veterans holidays to sell the products and services you don’t back up. You will just be insulting me and my good nature again and again. I’m sorry I had to write this but you pushed me beyond my limit for the last 15 years. I would give negative stars but I do believe in redemption.

for a over a year now I am not getting very good reception. I do not receive my phone calls and I do not get missed call notifications. occasionally I will receive a voicemail. It is just as difficult to make calls. people will tell me they can hear me but I am unable to hear them and my phone will indicate that I'm still calling and that no one has answered yet. I have a new phone and when I go in they tell me sometimes the reception is just like that. these problems started when I lived in Tucson, AZ and 2023 and are still happening now that I'm in the San Tan Valley, AZ area, even closer to a large city and 2025. at&t barely works at all in the Holbrook, AZ and Snowflake, AZ. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CALL 911 EITHER WHEN THE NETWORK IS NOT WORKING. customers pay far too much to have this type of sketchy service. I am not on a second or third party plan either. It would be nice if the AT&t would be held accountable for providing service where they sell their cell phones.

They are thieves and scammers! Had us sign up and trade phones. We specifically told them what phones we had and they were sure 100% we would get the trade approved. Later came to find out they were not part of the deal so we had to pay for the new phones and when we asked for our original phones they stated they could not send them back. Now they keep charging us because we don't have a bank number on file, yet they have out credit card something we never approved of. And their interenet home service is a load of, well you know.

Purchased the internet service and decided I did not need the booster return the booster on March 8 2025 and AT&T claims I never returned the booster but I called their customer service line 5 times and customer service tells me that they see that I returned the booster but I am still getting emails from AT&T that they never received the booster I am so sick of AT&T right now they want to charge me full price for a booster that they received almost three months ago and I have called and talked to them and gave them the reference number for the return I think AT&T need people that know how to do their job right

Internet connectivity is virtually non existent in Cleveland , Ohio. The service. At&T seems to be ignoring the problems and the service that I've been paying for for years. The issue is getting worse every day. The company seems to be discriminating this city. And the persons who live here. And should have their license to operate revoked.

I recently switched to AT&T and it has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. I signed up for four lines with new phones and paid about $189 in sales tax. Three phones had to be ordered, two on one order (including my iPhone 16 Plus), and one separately. Three days later, two of the phones arrived, but the iPhone didn’t. I got an email saying there was a payment issue, even though the money was already withdrawn from my account and one phone on the same order had arrived, proving the payment wasn’t the problem. Customer service said the iPhone order would be refunded and I had to pay the sales tax again to reorder it, which I did. I was told it would be overnighted, but no tracking info came. I was told it would arrive Tuesday, but it never did. I gave it a few more days, then called back Friday and asked for a supervisor. After a 45-minute hold, I was told someone would call me back. They finally did, 3 hours later while I was at the store trying to resolve the issue myself. The district manager, Jermell, and rep Jaylen didn’t bother to check my account. Jermell sent me to another store nearly an hour away, where I spent 2.5 hours with a helpful rep, Levi, but still left empty-handed. We returned the next day to meet with Jermell who never showed up, spent 5 more hours there, and again left with nothing due to a system glitch. Levi ported my number and did a BYOD to avoid losing service, but now my old phone is locked for 3 days, which is a huge inconvenience as I use it for work. Jaylen also transferred a line we asked her not to while I stepped out briefly. That mistake caused my fiancé to lose over $5,000 from a brokerage account that relied on that number. She also entered incorrect info into my account and even went through my phone without permission. I’ve spent over 25 hours on calls or in stores. Only Levi showed real concern. AT&T has been completely disorganized and unprofessional.
