I purchased the Premier Success Coach package from E Women Network. This means that I am one of 19 coaches world wide who are recognized, celebrated promoted world wide and are part of the inner circle of the EWN network. I have asked MULTIPLE times to see the contract and have been refused but regardless, the services were not delivered. I was supposed to be promoted to the whole community twice. I was promoted once, was never sent the form to choose my dates. They choose random dates for me which was not what was promised and the second time was give 3 days notice to edit my profile. I should have been listed on the Speaker profile as well and never was despite multiple attempts to contact them and find out why. We should have had several meetings with the EWN directors and the CEO, I only received notification of these events day of which is impossible to make happen. We should have had notice MONTHS in advance. We were given the email ***@ewomennetwork.com and ****************@ewomennetwork.net as our go to contacts for communication. Noone EVER responded from ***@ewomennetwork.com, and Johnell took up to 4 months to reply. I called the main number XXX-XXX-XXXX and left multiple voice messages with no call backs. I am reporting them to the BBB as well. Thank you for protecting your consumers. As someone who should have been treated as a "Premier success coach" and part of the inner circle of this company, I couldn't even get an email answered about what I was supposed to be receiving.Business Response

When a new member joins, and we get over a thousand each year, they receive access to two free coaching sessions from our Premier Success Coaches. The $2,990 that is the subject of this dispute is the fee to become a Premier Success Coach (PSC) for one year. This introduces our members to the business acceleration that comes from quality coaching and introduces our coaches to thousands of our members that they would not otherwise have access to. Coaches are chosen in Q4 during the year before they serve. A complete calendar of events is provided so that all benefits can be maximized. Below are the benefits that eWomenNetwork commits to provide each PSC and how we did. See the attachments for examples of how many of these were fulfilled: Rewards for participating in the Premier Success Coach Marketing Program: 1. Premier Success Coach profile on eWomenNetwork website. Profile found at Success Coaches Women Success Coaches eWomenNetwork eWomenNetwork 2. Introductory video on your Premier Success Coach profile page. This is optional - not all coaches add this 3. Special Premier Success Coach emblem for use on website and marketing materials - available to all coaches from their coaches page 4. Two (2) group coaching sessions with Sandra during the year - April 8 and September 14, plus Sandra did a welcome call for all new PSCs on December 17, 2021, so they knew what to expect from the program. 5. TWO Personal endorsement group emails from Sandra to the eWomenNetwork database - January 14th and July 14th 6. Introductory Zoom call with Managing Directors for Premier Success Coaches to talk about their areas of expertise. - January 14th 7. One (1) registration for the International Conference & Business Expo, including Pre 1 Conference Bonus events. - ***** had conflicting plans and decided not to attend the 2022 Conference but did have a fully paid for ticket that she could sell if she chose too. 8. Receive the Conference breakout session recordings if available. 9. Pre-Conference Workshops. - ***** had conflicting plans and decided not to attend the 2022 Conference 10. Quarterly featured articles on the eWomenNetwork blog, written by you! Blog articles promoted and showcased on eWomenNetwork Facebook page and Twitter. - This is optional to PSC's if they would like to take advantage of it. 11. Spotlighted on main stage jumbo screens at the International Conference. Being introduced to the Managing Directors with a special Meet-and-Greet at Conference. - Since she did not attend the 2022 Conference so could not take advantage of this - her choice 13. Introduction to Managing Directors during their training (before conference starts) to share your areas of expertise - Since she did not attend the 2022 Conference so could not take advantage of this - her choice 14. Opportunity to be highlighted in the "Your Coach Connection" section of the weekly Wise Women Insights email newsletter two times in 2022. - 1st Coach Connection promotion May 27th. Your 2nd one is scheduled to run this Friday on September 30th. These were dates based on survey they completed and selected options to be showcased and they were assigned as they were received by eWN. Cost: $2,990 (or 2 payments of $1,745 each) To avoid confusion and devaluation of the eWN Premier Success Coaching program, coaches are required to discontinue current Free Coaching offers on their websites as a marketing tool. NOTE: Claimant did not attend Conference, so she did not participate in the following by her choice: #7, #9, #11 (although she was spotlighted as shown on the attachments), #12 and #13. NOTE: DONE = This benefit was provided to every coach What follows is a series of emails that reflect how the benefits were delivered. I have put the number at the top of each page to match how the 14 benefits listed above are covered by the activity. In addition to what was required, our PSC coach rep, Johnell McCauley provided additional one-on-one counseling on how to make the most of the benefits above, which went above and beyond. Please open each attachment and see the quality of fulfillment for the non-in-person benefits. She chose not to attend 5 of the 14 items above by not attending Conference 2022. By the time you review and understand the attachments You will understand that we delivered 100%+ on every promise we made. We trust you will find we have acted with good business character. Not only were they untruthful in their reply, but the have now gone behind my back and damaged my reputation that I have with business associates. Please see attached. Worth noting, of the 15 other Premier Success Coaches for 2022, not one other coach has complained. Furthermore, in the 15 years we have had this program, not one other has complained, requested a refund or a free additional year. Based on this track record and the evidence provided in this instance, we are confident all our coaches in the past, present and future have and will receive(d) the program benefits and find the benefits well worth the investment. In fact, over 50% of our 2022 Premier Success Coaches have renewed for 2023, and several of those have renewed for multiple years. All this to say that the consumer's claim is beyond highly unusual, and we stand firm in our response. We cannot force someone to "show up" for some of our program benefits/deliverables. It was the consumer's choice to skip our annual Conference, and part of our deliverables were in connection with the Conference. It is important to emphasize that the Conference date was known at the time she signed her agreement. Additionally, even though the consumer chose not to attend the Conference, all of our commitments related to Conference were, in fact, delivered for her in spite of the fact that she chose not to attend, such as: being featured on our Conference website; promotion on the Jumbo Stage Screens; Pre-Conference Workshops; a meet-and-greet with the Managing Directors; and introduction to the Managing Directors at their Conference training. All these deliverables occurred (and are on record with video as proof) even though she was not there to personally see them. I am sure that the consumer has portrayed her truth, but we find many factual discrepancies in both her claim and response, as we have documented proof on all our deliverables. We are closing our response because we provided the necessary proof in our original response and spent significant time providing support for our position including phone calls with the consumer to help her understand all the delivery prior to the claim being filed. I have been trying to contact EWN to have a simple conversation now for 8 months. That's all I'd like. I'd like the BBB's help to set this up.
