      The CityDoc staff were friendly and helpful. However, when I called my pharmacy to check on my prescription, they could not release it to me because CityDoc had provided no name of the presiding doctor (as opposed to the **** on file for the prescription. I called CityDoc twice during its open hours. No one responded. I left a message twice on the Nurses' voicemail: no one responded. I tried to leave a message on the Operator's voicemail, but it was full and could not accept any more messages. I logged into both the CityDoc portal and the ************** portal and could not access any discharge papers that gave me information on the presiding doctor, nor was I released with any discharge papers that I could refer to. CityDoc lists no presiding doctors on its website either. It ought not to be the patient's responsibility to track down the name of the presiding doctor in order to get their prescriptions filled.
