I recently visited *************** and was disappointed with my experience. I found the staff and Dr. ** to be unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to address this issue. The lack of clear communication and professionalism has made me question their commitment to patient care. The office staff named name ***** is horrible. She treated me with complete disrespect, making me feel more like a nuisance than a patient. The office itself was disorganized and appeared unsanitary, which was extremely concerning for a medical ************** make matters worse, I was charged for services I never consented to, which feels like nothing short of a scam. When I tried to address this, both the doctor and the staff were dismissive and outright rude, refusing to take accountability. Their behavior was unprofessional and dishonest, leaving me to question their integrity entirely. I would never recommend this place to anyone--it was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.

Absolutely sick about my standing with Dallas IVF Frisco, you go in these places so desperate to start your family, lots of testing to get some sort of answer why. Only to be told "unexplained infertility" I won't write a super long review, I dont have the capacity at this point after my issues with Dallas IVF- im crushed! All I can say is do your due diligence, they dont tell you possibilities or just how common MOST insurances dont cover their "diagnostic codes." Feels scammy now that I look back on it. I have been scrubbed off by multiple people in the front desk. ***************** was great overall as a person and his nurses standing by his side, but the front desk has ruined my desire to continue this journey. My very last appointment, I go to checkout, after being there multiple days before and paying what I thought I owed each visit, then told you have $$$$ this dollar amount and we cant see you again until this is paid, I have tried to talk to them and figure out a solution to my problem, no solution, no comfort, nothing. Dallas IVF- Frisco front desk, do better, put more heart into your work.

We are disappointed to hear that this patient experienced difficulties during her treatment with Dallas IVF. We understand that insurance coverage is different from employer to employer and state to state so we send a letter to all our new patients when they get scheduled to advise them of the fact that most employers do not cover infertility and that they should reach out to their insurance to understand what benefits they have available. We sent this letter to the patient on 10/18/2022 and can see that she has received and read the letter per the time stamps in the patients electronic medical record/chart. Using health insurance is just one of many forms of payment for treatment that the patient can utilize, alone or in addition to other payment methods to cover the cost of their treatment. We also have loan programs and other options that patients can review if their employers health care plan does not cover infertility benefits. Excerpt from the letter: Payment: Infertility coverage is rarely covered by most insurance providers. Our staff will file insurance claims for all covered benefits to plans with which we are contracted providers. You are financially responsible for all charges. It is your responsibility to know your benefits, always request any information you receive from an insurance company be in writing and always keep a record of the name of the person with whom you spoke. After review of the patients insurance claims, the record shows we received multiple denials for her care from her insurance company, we are not legally allowed to retract those claims nor are we allowed to give the patient the cash pay prices after the fact if they opt to use their insurance. We are required by contract with insurance companies to collect copays, deductibles, and coinsurance according to the adjudication of the claims by the patients insurance company. The patient is advised of all these decisions by the insurance company via the *** or Explanation of Benefits, the provider also gets a copy of these notices. Patients who receive denials on their care have the option to move forward with the no-insurance/cash pay pricing for treatment if they desire, but we understand that is a decision to be made by the patient as they work with their physician / insurance company and the coverage that they have. It is correct that we have a policy in place that requires patients to pay past balances before they can continue care and accrue new balances. This patient was offered the option to make payments over time and once the balance was paid, resume their treatment with the provider. Unfortunately, we cannot offer payment plans. Claims are processed and balances adjudicated for responsibility according to the timeline of the insurance company, so yes, the patient have a zero balance on their account one day and the next day a large balance due to the way the insurance processed their claim. I will take this patients dissatisfaction and see if we can improve our communication to help patients better understand the insurance adjudication process! We wish her all the best on her family building journey.
