  I had been dreading this loan process and put it off for months. However, from the first phone call with ***** ************* it could not have been easier. He along with ************************ were a pleasant surprise. The communication was exceptional. They were totally professional and on top of the process the whole way. the loan funded within 3-weeks start to finish. Including the appraisal and closing.   ***** Lending solved a problem that stumped 4 other lender. It had to do with the debt/income ratio when buying a property which has not been granted a ***** homestead exemption. ***** Lending took the stance that our d/i ratio would be acceptable once the exemption was granted. They never gave up.

  We are first time home buyers with a VA loan and the whole process was super quick and easy. Their entire team is focused on their clients and making sure that the entire process goes smoothly. We had been working with a different company previously and had a lot of difficulties with communication. ***** lending employees communicate very frequently and make sure that the client is aware of every step. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction especially for my first home buying endeavor. I will definitely work with ***** lending again in the future

  I Went above and beyond to get my debt to income ratio as low as possible and it didn't help at all. I sent in updated salary info because I recently changed jobs and was make quite a bit more per month that what they originally had me listed at. ***** lending had my student loan information wrong and listed me as paying almost 150 dollars more a month. I payed off my credit card and it did absolutely nothing to my interest rate. Before you sign with ***** lending you need to shop around because there are absolutely better rates. As soon as I can refinance I'm done with them.

  Very poor experience with them. First time home buyer, decided to work with them based on commercials advertising ease of use. Poor communication and mistajes made by loan offer lead to delays and issues during the closing process. Long delay in sending paperwork to the attorneys caused many delays in the process. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

  Texas Lending experience was the easiest and fastest loan process I've ever had! Ryan, our loan officer was easy to work with and very knowledgeable! In fact every person that worked with us was were timely and helpful. Thank you TL!
