      ATMOS ENERGY will not refund my past 3 months of overbilling! Why is ATMOS ENERGY permitted to bill me for incorrect meter reads on a GAS METER that is not visible or working properly? How is this an Acceptable Consumer Practice? Please help me investigate and get a full refund for this business malpractice! **************, **!

      Horrible costumer service . They charge me for 7 years a symbolic bill . From 14 to 24$ , refuse to disconnect the service since I did not use it. Everything in my home is electric, did not warm up my pool that will had been gas usage.They where lying to me that gas was already off.Shame one you Atmos Energy!

      TERRIBLE customer service. Cant follow through with a simple service request. Ive been waiting 15 months for repairs to be done. Yes *** someone will call you. The simplest task that they just cant seem to wrap their minds around.

      This company is a monopoly and definitely fleecing its customers for $$$$. Someone working within this company needs to come forward with the truth. Local government needs to provide us more options or this corruption will continue indefinitely ! How do we have hundreds of electricity providers yet only 1 water and 1 natural gas option?

      Services were disconnected and the soonest they could restore service is 4 business days. 4 days is a long time to go without heat and hot water. Especially when you dont *** a bill to the provider. If I could leave zero stars I would. Atmos energy do better for your customers!

      So I scheduled Atmos to turn on my gas at a home I recently purchased and what a disaster. They text me letting me know ow they will give me a ***** minute notice of arrival. **************************************************************************************************************************************** a few minutes his immediate response was you have to reschedule and i argued with him telling I am just a few minutes away. He would not listen and was extremely rude to the point I had to hand up the phone. So I immediately looked at my cameras he filled out the ticket and threw it on the ground and walked away Unbelievable! I called in to voice my concern and got nothing but a bunch of excuses and they refused to service me today had to make another appointment for tomorrow. This is a very arrogant trashy company that I am stuck with servicing my house unfortunately its my only option. When is someone going to hold this company accountable for there very rude trashy behavior when it comes to the public. They have a invincible attitude and very poor customer service. They only care about the money. If you stay away from this yahoo company total disaster dealing with them.

      Two days ago I got home from work & had a yellow notice left on my door that said my gas had been turned off & I had to call to have service restored. This was not due to any fault of my own. My bills have been paid. They are working on the lines in the area. I called yesterday & a tech was scheduled to come out today between 8a-noon. I took the day off of work to be here. At 9:30 a, I get an automated call that a tech will be here in ***** minutes. By 1:30p no tech & no phone call, no email, zero communicationso I call again. There was supposedly an emergency, but they are still coming today. Fast forward to 4:30p, still no tech, so I call again. After waiting on hold, Im told that there has been another **************** cannot give me an exact time of when a tech will be out. So, I missed a day of work for no reason, its 8pmand I still have no service! I asked the *** why they schedule preventive maintenance like this & turn peoples gas off with no warning if they do not have the manpower to restore service in a timely manner. Its just 1 excuse after another. This company is a joke. The only reason they have customers is because people do not have the ability to choose their provider. ******** customer ***************** of work. ZERO Stars.

      I am reaching out to express my deep concerns regarding the recent experiences with gas leaks on my street. This month, I had to call Atmos Energy twice due to strong gas odors around my home. When your technician visited last Monday, they addressed the leak at my home, but it became apparent that another nearby leak was also present and not addressed. I am concerned that only the immediate area around the call is being checked, instead of assessing the vicinity for additional leaks.Last night, my neighbor had to report a similar gas smell, which confirms this is a recurring issue affecting the entire street. I strongly believe that your technicians should be inspecting the broader areanot just the location of the initial call. Additionally, if monthly meter readings are already taking place, it would be reassuring if gas leaks could also be checked as part of this routine.Years ago, a house in our area experienced a tragic explosion due to a gas leak. I am determined to avoid a similar incident, and I am struggling to feel secure in my own home knowing these risks remain. Please consider scheduling a thorough check for gas leaks across the whole street. This step could help protect us all from a potentially devastating accident.Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to hearing how Atmos Energy plans to address this ongoing issue.Sincerely,****** Love
