car lot"Jordan Motors" around August- September they financed me a lemon vehicle the *** *** act like the car was perfect he says nothing is wrong with it, he fooled me!! i lost 1400$ as a first time buyer! before getting the car the guy lied about the vehicle ************** i didn't realize until after because i was so in a rush to have transportation, the very first day car goes out bcuz the *************** engine light comes on i try communicating they tell me its no issue just the gas cap so i go up to autozone for a test they hand to me abt 4 papers with issues abt the car so i tell the saleman and he says h*** give me the manager number then i had to wait abt an week for jordan motors to give me a new battery after that the car starts acting horrible jerking etc at this time im reaching out to the manager to see what we could do abt an different vehicle bcuz the issues and i figured refund wasnt gonna happen so i go to get an oil change after realizing whether they give me a new car or not i still have to drive this around for the moment find out theres an oil leak and everything was trash the mechanic said to me as i tell the salesman at jordan motors abt the issues in other words, he says the mechanic is lying and just wants my money but i tell him that the car has indeed been tripping and ive been reaching out getting no attention or response all they say is idk im just salesman or i cant do nothing without the owner or manager even the hispanic mechanic for jordan motors told me the cars they sell are NO Bueno which is pretty insane to hear but eventually the car broke down while i was driving so i told them hey this happened etc what now mind you everything im saying is BEFORE MY FIRST PAYMENT i didnt even make it to my first 2 weeks payment before all of this bs and they took my money and they said i would be in another car but they just disappeared on me, even the manager lady blocked me. The car lot towed my car today on 06/30/2024 went to the car lot today to get my car , they told me it's in a storage, I asked them where's the storage located at they said they can't tell me , told me I have to wait 48 hours to get my car I asked them why is that because it's says nowhere in there policy about that they lied I called them on Saturday told them I will pay on Wednesday that's when I get paid they said ok only for them to tow it on Tuesday tried to get on the same day this company is a scammer looked at the reviews I see that they do this all the time my belongings are still in the car missed work missed my son's doctor's *********** that was on Tuesday at 3pm ,Business Response

I would have to say my overall experience purchasing 2002 f350 black lariat was very awesome in the beginning until my batteries, alternator and starter when out less than 2 months but it was my fault or elevation change I was told. Then I was told I jumped the batteries wrong and that caused the issue. If that was the case everything would have been smoking and melted under my engine. Truck looks good in video and pics but in reality the was just covering bandaid issues. Brakes rotars are warped but the assured me they went through the whole truck lol When you appy brakes truck has a vibration but they didn't hear that so must have been elevation Change lol. I do appreciate them buying me batteries though but truck definitely isn't 48k truck! ******* was supposed to be flushed but it was dirty! I had to flush Coolant as well. I had to change oil, diff fluids, trans fluid. Oh and the roof of the truck is all ***** and has oxidation and it's coming up but it wasn't like that at the dealership they said but come on that's from age and not being garaged. They said this truck was clean not another like it lol. Truck roof doesn't have oxidation in a month! This isn't my first 7.3 but now I'm stuck with a truck with bad roof and of course they Don't care! Just take my money and run! I have attached pics on new parts I had put in with time and money! Hopefully this can get resolved without legal council. In my opinion I would stay away from jordan motorsports unless they make things right! I even paid them to put nee rear shocks on truck cause the rear shocks was leaking before I got it! Then they charge you all these blue state fees and force you into things in the loan! I didn't really want to be forced but the truck was beautiful in video and pics but they didn't show pics of roof and now I see why! I bought the car may 26 may 28th had to get a tow due to battery so they say then they got it running 5 days later it stopped running I got a tow an all towes is 150 or better they got it running 6 days later it cut off on me again so I got a tow to a different shop they said it was alternator I been missing work but they keep calling when the bill due currently my car is being serviced by another shop they said my alternator was bad so they sold me a car with bad alternator I spent more money than i paid for car i have all receiptsBusiness Response

I was masking my car payments on time but it looks like they were not putting in the correct amount. I put $1600 down and my first car payment I paid $200 on 5/15/24 and the second car payment of $200 on 5/29/24 and they only put that I gave them $100 and repoed my car.Business Response

I paid $6,000 for a 2015 Jeep Compass back on March 27, 2024. I told them I did not want to go past $4,000 and he (***) insisted I pay $6,000 for a car that clearly was not worth that much. It was missing a lever to adjust the driver seat, he claimed he already bought the part and refused to write it down on the we owe section, claimed h*** remember and to come back on April 15th. Ive been calling for over a month now and every time I ask to speak to someone, they are always conveniently out of the office or on vacation. When I told them Im suing, the guy on the phone said go ahead I dont care, do what you gotta do. The car is barely drivable, Ive had to take it to the mechanic too many times in one month for problems that shouldnt be occurring. I explained to the dealership the problems the car had from the moment I saw it, he refused to acknowledge it. They take advantage of people and scam them. I am rejecting this response because: He told me he owed me the part and would give it to me April 15th, 2024 and has refused to give it to me. Every time I call, they make excuses up why I cant talk to anyone. And the car was not in excellent condition. None of your cars are. I only took it because it was the least crappy looking one. It had broken ac pieces, my driver seat door is missing the lever (you promised to fix that), none of the overhead lights would turn on, the ** wouldnt turn on unless you hit it and the window behind the drivers seat doesnt move, plus my doors wouldnt lock (I had to fix that myself). I told you about all these problems at the dealership. But you kept saying thats from using the car. Thats not even half of what I found. My mechanic said there were people before me who had my car and loosened clamps (coolant AND the battery), my overhead lights were not plugged in when I went to go fix them, they wont turn off at all.
so no the car was NOT in excellent condition, I want my part you promised to give me. You promised me the lever to adjust the driver seat on the 15th and still havent given it to me.

It is now May 1st and Ive been calling every week. I called yesterday about the part (he said he had no idea what I was talking about and he mentioned this complaint, got upset and told me see you in court and hung up. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY SCAM EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE NASTY LIARS. I hope they get shut down. These people are low lives and deserve to get shut down. Jordan Motors purchase a Kia ****** 2013 for $8,500. on Feb 15 2024. I put down $2800 and my car payments where every month on the 15th. On March 5th 2024 soneone broke into the vehicle and tried to steal it. When. When I went to the vehicle I noticed there was black plastic underneath the driver side door. When I got into the vehicle and try to start it I noticed that the ignition was broken and the plastic underneath the steering wheel was taken off. I called Jordan Motors and told them what happen and they told me not to worry about it they will fix it. I called me to called AAA to take the vehicle to them. That was on March 5th. I filed a police report. Today, March 21th they told me that i won't be getting the car back because the owner decided to return the vehicle to the auction and that they don't give refunds.Business Response

On February 2 , 2024 , I purchased a used vehicle for $2500.00 from this small car lot "JORDAN MOTORS LLC". The vehicle was towed from home as a repossessed on February 26,2024. I did not even have the vehicle for 30 days . I reached out to the car lot and was told that the vehicle was towed for non payment. The car lot indicated that if I wanted the car back I need to bring in $9000. I explained that I paid for the car in full and there was no monthly car note agreement. I have NO signed documentation indicating financing . There was NO phone communication or letter indicating that a payment was missed within the 3 week period of driving this CAR. THIS CAR LOT STOLE MY CAR AND MONEY therefore I will be reaching out to ATTORNEY GENERAL Office ******************* regarding this BUSINESS . I would not have contacted BBB to make a false complaint if I believe I was at fault for non payment of a product per agreement . After this incident, I decided to research this company business reviews and discovered similar cases to mind which led me to believe that this is their common practice . It was my fault for not demanding financial paperwork. The only documentation that I received was verbally told to me " The papers are in the glove box " in Car by salesman / staff relating to the license plates.
Please have the business provide a copy of the signed agreement .

I had purchased a car on February 6 and they told me that I was supposed to pay 200 in a week. They never called me or left a voicemail. I went up to the dealership and they told me that they canceled my contract and tell me that I cant have my money back and told me that they re-Poed and also gave me the runaround and lied about giving me the car back, and did it to several other people that same day and also to belongings and have a lot of reviews of the same complaints and told me to go to court instead of giving me the car when they never gave me any contract besides the buyers copy and never gave me a quote on the car all I used was my ID and the 1300 on February 14. They said they picked up my car and didnt call me and tell me that they did I thought the car was stolen and then convinced me to give the key back and they gave me my property from inside the car and said the car was in the impound and said that ****** said that she didnt want to do business, but I never met ******.
