1 starPark Place Motorcars has become a terrible ambassador for the iconic ******** brand ever since being acquired by Asbury ****************. They are not trustworthy and have become greedy, charging prices over and above the norm. It has become practically impossible to get through to anyone in the service department and they are inefficient and unreliable. And yet they charge the highest prices in the industry. I have had two oil changes in which the level was replenished below the called-for capacity. I dont believe this was by accident. 1 starThe starter current limiter was recalled in 2017 for ************* C300. It was replaced in 2017. The device causes overheating, overloading, melting surrounding comments and causing smoke and can even catch fire.Well in 2024, the same thing happened to my car. Now my car will not start. It was towed to Park Place Motorcars in Dallas. They stated I need a starter. A bill of 2110 ********** ONE addressed the reason of why I need a ********** was due to the faulty limiter!!! I DO NOT care that is was replaced. That part is NO GOOD. RECALL IT AGAIN!! Again why was my car overheating, smoking, melted components??? Now my starter gone ??? I reached out to corporate and service manager and received *******!! ****** could answer why those events took place before my starter went out??? NO ONE COULD ANSWER THAT QUESTION!! ************* your recall part from ******* AMG #****P15A29 IS DEFECTIVE!!! If my car catches fire, you will be sued!! I will take this to the highest! 1 star"Buyer Beware!" On April 27, 2024, I walked into Park Place Motorcars with excellent credit, and a low mileage trade-in vehicle, *****. worth of equity, and *****. cash. I selected a vehicle with an MSRP of ******0. I walked out feeling okay with my deal only to find out a month later that the structure of my contract has me paying almost ******. in lease payments on a ******. vehicle. This oversight occurred on my behalf due to forms being signed electronically, and my salesperson (******* *******) not reviewing the forms and lease structure with me. ****************** stated; "that is something he always does." However, it was "NOT" done with this deal! The fact is, I had to request my signed copy of the contract be sent to me. I should have received it and did not. When I did receive the copy, On June 26 I immediately contacted the dealerships' finance ***** and spoke with ******************** I shared my concerns and was assured I would receive a call within 1-2 days with possible solutions for my concerns. I never received any response from him. I emailed *** ***** on July 2, 2024, and then received a phone call from *********************. ***** stated my email was forwarded to him, and he was not familiar with my concerns. I found that a bit troubling as I had spoken to my salesperson as well as the finance ***** and both stated they were going to speak with the new car sales manager. That lie shows me how insignificant I am as a customer of Park *********************************************! I came to the dealership on July 2 and met with ************** and ******* *******. Upon meeting *************** expressed to him how rude his tone was with me. His apology felt very condescending. He went on to say the vehicle I purchased 2 months prior was only worth ******. and he could pay it off and take back the vehicle leaving me with no vehicle and no money from the *****. of equity I had. I was not treated as a valued customer! Not even a free carwash was offered! I feel devasted by these events!BUYER BEWAREReview fromRamon D

1 starThe Staff at this show room Mislead you. I was sold a new car that had a problem. I was told all my warranties are going to be transferred to the new car that was a replacement. Apparently not. There was no follow up. I was made wait 3 months and was reassured that this is going to be the best choice. 1 starMy experience with Park Place ******** dealership was nothing short of disappointing. I had to call them several times spoke with ************************* and another advisor to get updates on the status of my vehicle, ******* said if I wanted immediate answers I needed to come up to dealership and wait, hope was helpful but still no update. I spoke with the manager and he was not solution driven on my vehicle. It's baffling that a dealership of this caliber lacks intuitive service to assist with a loaner car, even after I spoke to the manager.The real frustration began when I inquired about the damage to my car. The technician's information was about as clear as mud, and the service manager seemed put out by my legitimate questions. Initially, I was quoted $1,300 for the repairs, but after the service, the bill suddenly ballooned to a staggering $9,000 with a recommendation of I could not drive it due to additional repairs needed. This sort of ambiguity and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable.All in all, my experience with Park Place ******** left me thoroughly disappointed and questioning their commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. 1 starTAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!By far the WORST service department I have ever encountered. My car wouldnt start so I made the mistake of bringing it here.1. It took a week for my car to even get looked at and a month+ to get my car fixed due to shortage of staff, and I was fine with that.2. They replaced my ******** then said the battery was bad, again fine.3. They told me my aux battery was bad, and I said Id take it somewhere else.4. I picked up my car to take it to a dealer, just to realise ALL my documents that were in the car were gone, my registration along with multiple other items.5. I took my car to another Benz certified mechanic who found out there was a broken wire caused by the battery exchange done by the dealership.6. My AC was now also broken, possible due to their incompetence, which was not the issue when I brought the car.So there i am $3800 deep, I figured Id go talk to them in person, so went to talk to *** at the dealership who was my contact, and address these issues. *** grabbed his Smug, unapologetic manager to pretty much tell me too bad so sad. He tells me I should have let them fix it.I am questioning the integrity of this place, and wether or not they break things on purpose to get you to pay more in services.This is not the ******** experience youd expect, they obviously can care less about you, or your vehicle. Absolutely disgusting, untrustworthy, incompetent bunch of quacks, and please dont bother replying with your generic sorry you had a bad experience response its clear you arent.Im only posting this to warn others about these scammers.Useless.Review fromTanya G

I purchased my vehicle from MB Motorcars on 3/22/22. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a few things that needed to be addressed. I advised my sales advisor he advised he would get it over to the make ready area next time I was in the area for those issues to be addressed. I came back a couple days later and was advised they would be ordering the parts and let me know when they were in. A month past and still no response. I emailed my advisor and he stated he would follow up but never gave me a response. 1.5 mos ago I followed up again and was advised they went thru a transition with their parts department and needed to reorder the parts. I had then called the sales mgr once I contacted the parts department and was advised my parts were not in. I called the sales mgr who then must have contacted the sales advisor as that was when I got the update about the pets being there in 2 wks which clearly did not happen. It is now 5 mos later and I needed to get my vehicle serviced but have yet to receive any contact from Prk Place regarding my vehicle parts. This is **** poor service and I have NEVER received this level of service from Park Place Lexus. I wish I would have never purchased from Park Place Motorcars and went to MB Plano instead as all Prk PLC Motorcars were just concerned with is just getting my money and not addressing the issues as discussed.Park Place Motorcars Dallas

I took my vehicle in to be serviced by Mercedes Benz Park Place on Lemmon ave for B service. The service woman Jazamin took the appointment and presented me with $3500. worth of work. She said the technician spotted an oil leak that I couldn't see and needed to be fixed. Being a 2015 vehicle i agreed and then she said tires needed rotated and balanced, wipers changed, and battery replaced in key fob. A week or so later car engine light came on and car started to vibrate so I exited freeway out of fear of breaking down in traffic. Managed to get home and observe the parking lever broken. Now she quotes me $800, I advise her I never used the parking brake lever and when purchased it was working. They fixed the coil and spark plug but now internal electrical not working before departing dealership. The service woman will not speak with me I've waited two weeks no response to call and refuse to tell me what is going on with my car. Called 7-7-2022. Waited on Monday for notifications from 6-27-2022 issues. I called to speak to a service supervisor, but they tell me one is not listed there. I feel like she is taking advantage of me not working with me and overpricing everything, using the statement,' You have an older vehicle.'Park Place Motorcars Dallas

Thank you for fixing what your mechanical technician damaged in his haste. I'm a loyal customer who should not have been doubted in the first place. I'm not a person trying to get something for nothing. You only fixed my vehicle after my online complaint.
