My car has been at the body shop for over 3 months with no resolution they don't answer the phone when you call and even after multiple messages I never get a call back always have to pay for an Uber just to get an update and even now they're done and my insurance has been waiting on paperwork for over a week and we've both been calling but Jorge still has yet to send documentation or call back . Manager call back has been requested and I don't get a call back and always get transferred to a voicemail. I walked in one day and they were just sitting around talking no working being done saying oh they were about to close just didnt close for another 15 min and still didn't bother to call me back. This has caused so much emotional trauma and I feel taken advantage of as a female like I don't know anythingBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2021/12/23) */ This issue has been resolved. Ms. ***** has discussed with the Service manager as this was an insurance claim that was deemed a total loss. We have since closed the issue with Ms. *****. The vehicle was picked up by the insurance company and Ms. ***** was notified. My wife a I have been very loyal customers of Southwest Kia, we have purchased/ leased (4) cars from this dealership over the years and referred (2) co-works, who also have purchase cars. My wife was preparing for a trip to Ohio, she always gets her oil changed before making that trip. All the service work on her 2019 Kia Sorento has been done at Southwest Kia and this oil change was also completed at Southwest Kia. She completed her visit in Ohio, lasted about 2 weeks and was traveling back, about 6 mile outside of Louisville Ky. Her oil light came on and within a few miles her engine was knocking so bad she pulled over on a major highway in the middle of bad rainstorm. Kia roadside service arrived and towed her car to an authorized Kia dealership (Kia Store East) who the next day did the inspection and evaluation, as they dropped the oil cover the drain plug fell off the cover and determined this was the route cause (Drain plug was not tightened all the way) and needs the engine aBusiness response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2021/12/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We have had no communication from this "Corporation" sense 10/18/21, no attend has been made to resolve or work out any arrangements related to getting the car repaired or holding the dealership responsible for poor workmanship. It's been 60 days and (3) reminders from the BBB for this business to respond. Business Response /* (4000, 22, 2022/01/19) */ This is a legal matter that is being handled by our corporation.
