I purchased two watches that measure glicose and others things,and they didnt do a delivery. I send many emails and they are just making it harder given me web sites to go, and dont say anything about it.Customer Answer

I ordered motorcycle gloves on 12-16-24. It is now January 8 and I have not received the order. I have been emailing back and forth for a refund and they keep saying the carrier cannot deliver my package because they cant find me. I dont understand how thats even possible. On 12/9/24 at 9:31 am I ordered an alpha stim therapy device from BalmaHome in *****. My order #******. At 10:08 am I emailed them at ********************************** requesting the order be canceled. I have attempted calling them at ************ multiple times over the last two days, but a generic message comes on stating that theyre busy helping other customers and to email them. Once you hang up, you receive a text from them telling you to email them. I have emailed them 8 times and have received no response. I want my order canceled immediately.Initial Complaint

May 28th 2024 Amount I paid was $44.87 put on my credit card. I never received my order. I called the ************** twice. Recording saying all reps are busy now leave your name and phone number and someone will call you back. I never got a return phone call. I emailed using their web site. Got a response saying my question would be passed on to the correct person and would be notified in two hours. Never got the call back. I emailed again and was told they did not see my order to give them the date I ordered, the amount, order number (which I did not have one or a confirmation) my name, email address and home address. Still did not get an answer from the information I gave them. I emailed them again and said they have my order because it is on my credit card statement. I told them I am getting the run around and they are a scam. I have had enough and that I was going to report them. Waited until next day to see if I would get a response from my email but no answer. I called my credit card company and told them the situation and they took my info and would give it to the person who handles this. Said if they found anything I would get a letter in the mail which could taka a month.Customer Answer

At first they said since I used it I couldn't have a refund (that was NOT stated in the ad, nor anywhere prominent on the purchase site). I complained that the ad said "money back guarantee". They sent a follow up email saying I could have store credit. It took so long to get the handbag I initially ordered. I thought maybe I didnt order it as I thought. So, I ordered it again after seeing emails from this company that pulled me. Ironically, I received the bag the day I reordered it. I contacted them to cancel my second order on the same day, March 9th. I only received emails thanking me for my order. After receiving the second bag, I decided to return both bags. However, their return policy is deplorable. I will only receive a partial store refund. That is totally unacceptable!Initial Complaint

I ordered the pedometer listed below, on Jan 20th, 2024. My card was charged the very next day on Jan 21st, 2024. I received the tracking number below, supposedly showing the item in transit; however, this item has NEVER left its "******************" starting location (see Pedometer - NEVER SHIPPED attachment). It still shows ***** Awaiting Item." I did not know that the reviews on their website are fake. And I had not seen all the complaints people had filed concerning them, on the BBB website. ****** learnt - next time I will go with a more reputable establishment, like Amazon (I would have definitely received my item by now, if I had). I was misled into buying from Balma Home, by their fake positive reviews. Ten (10) days later, they have my money and I've got nothing. Balma Home should owe people MORE than FULL order amount, for wasting everyone's time. The email and phone provided are useless, as other people have pointed out. I refuse to waste my time anymore, waiting for something that hasn't even left. So, that will NOT be an acceptable resolution. I am requesting a FULL refund of the order amount below, and will also NOT accept anything less, as a resolution. It's incredible how you take cases of people without proofs and damaging businesses. This customer NEVER contacted neither by phone, neither by email. Awesome that you take seriously a person who hasn't even tried contacting us. This customer's order was ALREADY SHIPPED. I am rejecting this response because: This response did NOT provide any information I hadn't already mentioned. Of course I got a tracking number, which I already indicated in my complaint. And of course I have been checking tracking, which is how I KNOW the item has NOT left its starting point. It's now eleven (11) days later, and I have received nothing. I am rejecting this response because: *************** so that this complaint does not prematurely close due to a lack of action on my part. The seller/business claims my item is still en-route to me and will possibly take another 10 days. I cannot accept the response right now, because I still have nothing. I need to wait and see whether I actually receive the item that's supposedly on its way to me. I will add though that their website does NOT disclose that the item is shipping from *****, nor does it indicate that they are based outside of the US. Their website is very misleading. ****** learnt on my end - next time I will go with Amazon, because 21 days to receive a tiny pedometer is ridiculous! But that's my ****** learnt. I am requesting that this complaint be left open, since I have NOT received anything. I need to make sure I receive the item and that it is as advertised, and verify that it actually works.
