- Additional Info:In June 2021, BBB reviewed a pattern of consumer complaints that this company, Bundil, LLC, allegedly took payment for accounts and access to the Bundil cryptocurrency wallet and investments, but shutdown the app and service shortly afterward, that customers are still being charged by Bundil, LLC for accounts that are defunct, deleted, or inaccessible to the accountholder(s), and that Bundil, LLC has ignored customer service requests for cancelling services and refunding payments, in addition to deactivating any method for contacting the business.
On June 23, 2021, BBB sent Bundil, LLC communication requesting the company's voluntary cooperation to respond to BBB's request for information.
Notably, BBB has also requested documentation to verify proper registration to conduct business in Texas, as well as documentation verifying their physical location of operations in Texas.
As of July 15, 2021, the business has failed to respond to BBB's inquiry.
