- Additional Info:In January 2023, BBB Serving North Central Texas initiated an investigation into the marketplace practices of Home & Toys Store after consumer complaints and BBB Scam Tracker reports were received alleging that a product was purchased online before the 2022 holiday season and has not been delivered. Additionally, consumers allege that emails via the website contact us form go unanswered.
The address used for the Home & Toys Store of 389 Jones Street, Dallas, TX 75212 is confirmed to not be a valid address. Furthermore, BBB is unable to find a business registration authorizing the Home & Toys Store to conduct business in the state of Texas.
BBB requested the company's voluntary cooperation in addressing the complaints and Scam Tracker reports, as well as providing their affiliation with Harry Potter Shop and Gigi's All Naturals.
The business was not responsive to the consumer complaints nor any of BBB's inquiries and the investigation was closed on March 2, 2023.
