    They had my vehicle in their shop for over 8 months. My insurance paid for ************* however a year later the body work they did is falling apart because they glued the parts together instead of being properly installed. I took it back to complain but theyre telling me they cant do anything about it because it was a previous management company that handled my claim.

    Horrible experience all around. Purchased my used beetle here around July 2023, here is it September 2023 still havent received a copy of my sales contract, but already had to make my first payment on the **** thing. Oh and my temporary tags are expiring this month, and I cant get the dealership to simply send the tag agency the documents they need for me to get my permanent tags.Good luck trying to speak to their finance office. It aint happening, I think theyre only available for closing sales contracts, anything after the sale theyre ghosts.Dont get me started on the sale day. Found this beetle before they had the chance to get it cleaned up, we were ready to buy. They said give them a week to get it up to speed with their standards. So we did. Come back and they hadnt done a **** thing to it. Then they started ******* to clean it up real nice and not even make the necessary fixes to it we asked for. I shouldve known right then and there this was not the place to buy.

    The service advisor first advised me on 6/3/2023 they would be unable to complete the necessary repairs unless I were willing to leave the vehicle over the weekend; I advised I was unable to do so, at which point I was offered an alternative drop the vehicle off first thing in the morning for a return at the end of the day. I took the second option. At 3 pm CST, I contacted the advisor *****, who indicated he would call me right back. 2 and half hours later, I called *******************, and ****, the Service Mgr, stated he was available and transferred me. The call went to voicemail. I called **** back and asked for an update at approximately 5:45 pm CST. **** indicated 5 of the six screws on the U90 recall broke, and they were working on getting the last one out. I asked for an ETA and was advised, at best, another 24 hours for a 2-hour recall repair per the ********************* line. When contacting **** on my half for assistance with a loaner/renter due to the defect on their end, the Service team provided misleading information in stating they had made three attempts to notify me of the issue. However, ***** apologized to me for the lack of communication, as I was the one who had made three calls seeking a service/recall repair update. This is not the first time this location has made false states or super inflated their service fees. In March, I took my car in for a light bulb change; the entire module needed to be replaced. The part was $267; they attempted to charge $976 for the repair due to a "3-hour" labor charge. I purchased the part at the parts counter and took it to another shop that charged me $250 for the repair. Car owners BEWARE, THE OWNERS KEEP CHANGING, and with each change, service and ethics diminish. The driver who brought me home was the one star in this process. He was beyond professional and a joy to ride with.

    This is not a good place to get your car serviced. I went to get my car serviced for the same issue TWICE and it is still not fixed. Because of the disregard for my safety the car swerves when I'm driving which may cause ma accident when driving which I travel ALOT. They were SUPPOSED to fix everything underneath. The last time they stated they did an alignment and I needed new tires they were worn because of the face they did not fix everything that was supposed to be fixed now I have to suffer with more cost and having to recorrect what they did not fix. I had been patient I had been kind about the situation even staying the whole day working there til the issue is resolved. This place I REPEAT is not a good place to get any service done please take your business elsewhere! If you have car repairs set up with your insurance please please please follow their advice and let them choose a reliable place to get your car fixed and serviced. I would give them a negative -0 for all the inconveniences

    This place is not a good place to purchase a car from. I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata with an extended warranty. I started experiencing engine problems 11 months after purchase. Repairs were not covered under warranty because the repairs were not major. That bill was $843...I paid it in May well about 2 months later engine issues again. Take the car back to Uptown service diagnostic states a recall on the engine take the car to the manufacturer their diagnostic says the same from May so the repairs are not covered again. Now I'm at the dealership trying to get another car. I feel like I have wasted $1000 since May on this car repairs.

    Customers that purchase New or Used assume responsibility to care for and maintain there vehicle. We don't have knowledge if the government is gonna promote a recall, or in advance if a vehicle will or won't have issues . New vehicles have 3/36 warranty because there's a chance that a new vehicle can malfunction . I'm sorry she's having these issues but I don't see how that correlates to me running a bad business .

    Its bad business when I came June 2021 to purchase a car Richard ******** informed me because of my credit that the 2016 Hyundai Sonata was all I could get approved for and to keep the car a year to rebuild my credit and bring the car in and trade it in for a better car. In that process I made sure I had an extended warranty because the car is used and that year make and model car have major recall issues. That car began having engine issues May 2022 I brought it to your service center and paid $843 in repairs because the warranty wouldn't cover because they stated the repairs were not major. I got the car repaired then 2 months later the same engine problem. I brought the car back to the service center and based on the diagnostic I was told it need to go to the manufacturer because of a recall and it would be best I take the car in order to expedite the repairs but they would be covered which ended up not being the case. I called Richard ******** the 1st salesman and he told me to bring the car in and he would be me in another car. When I came Richard was busy with a customer so he referred me to Michael ****** he tells me things are different because of new management and I will go through more now because of management. I been getting the run around since yesterday and I was upset because I'm out of $1000 on that car and o need a reliable car so I can commute to work. I will say I spoke with a manager today that is helping me with the process of getting in another car.
