      Super irritated and inconvenient that my account was banned and deleted with no explanation. Clearly it was hacked or it was a false accusation since I am not the type to violate company standards or terms. But not giving a patron any way to resolve the issue with a first offense is not very professional policy.

      Wow, I just found out that POF altered/used a filter on my photos. My original photo shows on the mobile app as I uploaded it without any filter but on the web version, they enhanced it /added a filter without my permission or knowledge. Ughh - I dont even like that enhancement. Wrong move, POF!

      I have become a member of Plenty Of Fish since 8/25/24. I posted my profile and photos with no problems. Today (11/21/24), I rec'd a in box message from them stating content has been removed regarding photos because they were violating their policy.. I didn't understand what they were referring to, so I submitted a appeal , I explained I have the same photos posted since I became a member. They replied back and stated they reviewed this matter and I was in violating their policy. I am still unsure what they were referring to and have considered deleting my profile. This is bad business, with no answers to the customer.

      Very poor customer service. *************** they charge your credit card then ban your account refusing to pay back money . Do yourself a favor stay away and find another site Customer service emails for resolution are " RUDE "

      They restricted my account because I reported too many fake profiles. I report them to keep others safe but they must not care about their real customers.

      Don't waste your time or money. The website is full of scam artist. As long as they are apparently nice; they get to stay. However, they will remove your profile and say that you violated standards, but refused to say why? They right up there with TikTok for CustomerService.

      Worthless dating app in the world... they take your money and overcharged people for free dating app then freeze your account over bs rule ive sent 5 mails which they don't answer then I send a message on ****** play telling someone my issues but overlooked again as for 2024 this is the worse dating app ever I haven't used many but this one ***** ***** and it should be removed off all platforms because they are all bots and money hungry people trying keep there lights on at the end of the day... im not letting them scam anyone else so this is my way doing that

      I signed up and decided to pay the premium membership fee of $29.99 a month. I kid you not, no more than five minutes after I paid the money, they shut down my account, supposedly for violations of terms like what? I was only on there a maximum of 30 min!!!!!!! Of course, no refund available. Rest assured Ill be going thru my bank. I filled out several contact forms and they just ignore them. No wonder everyone says this is such a bad dating app.
