      This ************************** charge me ***** which I didn't even avail anything .Please be fair people work hard for there money and have conscience. Have a descent job don't take other person money and how did you able to access our account? Don't forget karma bites and God is watching you.

      They stole my information, I tried to get them to not charge my card, they gave me the run around, and then stole $100 from my bank account. This business is fraudulent and will steal your money. Warn any organization that tries to use them to take your payment. Tell them you will not sign up using their site. They will steal your information and charge you against your will.

      I wish there was a zero star option. This is a FRAUDULENT "company". I was forced to use Active to sign my 8 yr old son up for summer camp. A month later I have a $99.95 charge on my bank account. Nothing in the enrollment process alerted me that I was signing up for a subscription. Nothing! And no phone number to call. You can only email them. This is theft and no one is doing anything to shut them down. My bank wouldn't help me nor the camp that utilizes their platform. Its appalling. For those of us who are ********** and can not afford an unexpected $99.95 charge this is devastating. Do not use them. Contact the organization and tell them they are losing business by aligning with this company. If enough people boycott maybe something will change.

      Extremely misleading when it comes to a reoccurring $99.50 subscription. Several posts online will confirm the same issues. It's nice when you sign up for a 5K, having to use this service, and they exploit hundreds of dollars off of people by misleading them into a reoccurring subscription. The website has a FAQ and specific subject in their "report a problem" section just dedicated to this issue. When you cannot get ahold of someone on the phone, they make you open a ticket and email you back saying there is a high demand. Absolute garbage.

      My friends and I registered for a "Terrain Race" in ***********, ** and the race NEVER hapened. No other email was sent to us besides the initial registration. We emailed and contacetd anyone we could to get our money back and no response. All we want is our MONEY BACK!

      I registered for a camp for my son and unknowingly and without permission was signed up for a $99.95 annual membership. I was made aware when reviewing my credit card statement. They are hoping consumer dont notice change or doesnt want to got through inconvenience of cancelling membership. Company does not have a contact phone numberand cancellation is not easily located on website. This feels like some type of fraudulent behavior.

      I signed up for a half marathon in ****** and they activated a subscription that I never signed up for. They tried to take the subscription fee out of my credit card but my cc company flagged it as fraud. I had to get a new credit card because of their fraud attempts. They are absolutely terrible. My husband also got a fraud notice from our bank and had to lock his card as well.

      **** ALERT FOR THIS COMPANY! I AM AMAZED SOMETHING IS NOT DONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY BASED ON ALL OF THE REIVEWS AND SHAME ON ALL OF THE RACE COMPANIES THAT USED THEM! AN EXPOSE, DOCUMENTARY SOMETHING! THEY'RE A COMPLETE SCAM. AS SO MANY CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME HAVE WRITTEN, I DID NOT SIGN UP AND HAVENT USED THIS. THEY HIDE THE CANCELATION BUTTON THEIR WEBSITE AND BASED ON THE REVIEWS BELOW I'M GOING TO HAVE TO CHANCE MY CREDIT CARD.
