            On 30 Nov 2023, I e-mailed 5miles <**********************************> in reference to *********************************** for an Amazon Gift Card because I had not received my Amazon gift Code for $10.00 e-mailed to **** was assigned Ticket# ******. The issue was being worked on. Now we are in the month of February 2024 and there's been no resolution. I keep getting different Work Order# everytime I send a F/U complaint e-mail but still no actions taken by the Customer Support Team. A person by the name of ******* has had me waiting forever and states she will keep Ticket# ****** opened until resolved. There's never any specific stated as to how much longer will it take for me to get the Amazon $10.00 Gift Code. There have been many complaints submitted to 5miles sCustomer Support time in reference to the same incident. I would appreciate if I could obtain the Amazon gift Certificate code. Reward points take a long time to accumulate and I wish we all who participate earning reward points would get what we asked for instead of being ignored.             This place is a joke. Waiting on a Class Action Lawsuit. Way too many people helping this company by collecting points and then being ghosted when you try to redeem the points. Collected over ****** points (took 5 years) and redeemed ***** to get the promised Amazon $20 gift card. All I got was 1 email saying it was on the way. It has been over a month and I have sent many multiple emails and have since been ghosted.The Deal Dash is a joke. They show a picture of one thing and then describe something different. They value a $1 item at $200 to fool you into thinking you received a deal only to receive junk in return if at all ****** 5miles and you will see 10s of thousands of complaints. I cannot see this app existing in the next couple of years. Will be contacting Apple Playstore to file a complaint.Sad thing is, it was a decent app when it first started but it seems they got greedy. It all went down the toilet once they introduced Deal Dash as part of the app.Do as you like, but I would steer as far away from this app. Marketplace is a whole lot better place to find and sell items.
