I purchased 6 items on 7/10/24 for my fianc's birthday. The items ordered were (1 blk T-shirt, orange tie dye maxi dress, blk vixen dress, perfect vacay dress, main attraction kimono, and gold heart ring). After not receiving anything for a couple weeks, my fianc reached out to get status. On 8/6/24 an email was received from Bossy glam works asking for a review of said items. My fianc responded back advising them that nothing had been received. A subsequent email was received saying the order was scheduled to ship out on 7/22/24 well before the emails that went out. Nothing was ever received, and no tracking information was provided. My fianc sent additional emails on 8/7, 8/8, 8/13, and October 21. There was only one email received from those emails and that was to say due to the high volume of emails someone would get back to me within 48 hours. That never happened. On October 19, my fianc alerted me to a post she saw of the owner of Bossy glam works on Instagram making an announcement that she would be returning in November with a new collection. My fianc said she took the opportunity to ask if she would be making good on the items that were never sent out previously. This was done under my fianc's IG name of sserena1964. She got no response. She followed that up with another email asking if she would make good on the previous order. This email was never delivered as it bounced back undeliverable. I find this ironic because it is the same email address that was used for all the other correspondence to Bossy glam works. I am not asking for a refund of the money that was paid, I just want to be able to give my fianc the items she selected for her birthday. In addition, I find this out of character for this young lady given the fact I've ordered from her before with no issues. This just perplexes me.Initial Complaint

I received a store credit from Bossy Glamworks on 1/4/2024 for $64.00. years. I attempted to use this credit for purchase this weekend and noticed that the store is permanently closed. No notification from the company, no warnings just nothing. This is certainly poor business management. I do not want anything from this business other than a full refund for $64.00. On 7/29/24, I ordered a Kimono from Bossyglamworks.com. I immediately received a confirmation email, stating that the order would be shipped in 5-7 business days. On the 7th business day, I received a notification through the SHOP App that a shipping label had been created & the item was ready to shop. On 8/12/24, I emailed Bossyglamworks & told the owner I no longer wanted the item & requested a refund. On 8/13/24, I attempted to log into the website only to find out that it no longer exists & the store is closed. I immediately emailed the owner again. And she replied that she would be gone, dealing with a personal ********** should have my bank reverse the charges. As of today, 8/20/24, the SHOP App still says my order is ready to ship, I cannot reach the business ********* still do not have my money. I want my $90.79Customer Answer

I ordered few items in June, I paid $150.76 and of July 26 I have not gotten any of my items I received one email that they are working on it and then another email stating part of my items will be sent except for one which will be shipped on 7/29. Since them I have been trying to get status on items THEY say will be shipped with no response! I emailed again asking for a refund of my money since I dont have any FAITH in receiving my items!! $150.76 is a lot of money that you already received and is in your account and I have NOTHING! I placed an order on March 1, 2024 for 2 jumpsuits - summer vacay strapless and orange ******* against order #*****. I rec'd the orange ******* but never rec'd the summer vacay strapless. Due to the orange jumpsuit not fitting, I requested a return and rec'd credit for the returned orange jumpsuit against RMA3404081. After several emails, on May 15 ***** followed up and said that the summer vacy jumpsuit would ship the week of May 27. On June 17, I received my order only to find that it was the orange ******* jumpsuit that I returned. I emailed ***** on June 17, 20, and 25 inquiring about the wrong item being shipped with no response. I had no luck finding a contact number to reach out directly. I love the quality of clothes at Bossy Glam, but it appears that ***************** be trying to juggle too much for one person.
