      I placed an order on Nov. ******* I never received my order reached out to the business and was told there was no refunds and given information on the return policy, but again I had never gotten my items because they was never shipped, here it is January ************************** my money, this place is scamming folks

      I ordered on 12/29/24 and paid for expedited shipping via priority mail, was given a delivery date of 1/4/25 for my order to arrive. Its now 1//6/25 my order hasnt arrived, a shipping label was created but still has not shipped. I called customer service and was told they have no control over the date THEIR website provides. Id like a refund on the shipping I paid.

      I tried to place an order and the site said there was a issue with my billing address so I tried fixing it multiple time but unknowingly to me there was a charge made to my card a total of 5x due to me trying to correct the issue and now I dont know what the issue is and I need a order cancellation or refund whatever it is so all the pending charges can come off my account immediately

      Placed an order on 11/15/23. As of 12/27/23 have not received order. Reached out several times to company and unable to get anyone to tell me the status of my order. At this point would like a full refund and apology. Poor customer care makes no sense for an order to take this long. Received tracking number which reflects package has not moved from company location.

      Ive ordered weight loss pills on May 24th, 2023 & the company stated that it would be delivered by May 31st, 2023. I havent received the item so I emailed ******** was told it would be shipped out June 15th, 2023 & they still havent shipped anything out & the company doesnt reply to emails nor phone calls. I told them I wanted to cancel the order for a ************* still havent replied back. Please help me get my refund back

      Orderd through Afterpay received the product became sick, headache, nausea. Reached out to the company and have not heard back from them. As a result my Afterpay account is being charged late fees. I have emailed the company, no one answers the phone. Boujee Hippie has several complaints stating the same problem. I contacted my bank they gave me a new card so the payments can not go back on the old card. I need this resolved asap

      I purchase Meltdown detox from this company on 11/07/2022 for $59.92 and tracking number ******************************. I never recvd this item it was return to the sender, tracking number will verify this. So I made attempts to reach out to the company no response, I called and emailed. Now a few days letter I did purchase another item in which i did receive order #****** which was the Fat Burner. I filed a dispute with my bank and this company Bougie Hippie told my bank I receive the item. I had to file an appeal and show more proof of their lies to steal my money.

      I placed an order on 1/21/23 the tracking information stated it was delivered in my mailbox on 1/26/23. However, upon checking my mailbox, there was no package. I contacted the post office and they did an investigation. The package was still not recover. They advises me to contact the merchant and request a refund or reshipment. Within my order, they also sent an ebook which will not load, I also told the merchant about this issue which was dismissed. I contacted the merchant with the information from the post office and I was dismissed. They told me the post office is responsible

      I ordered the meltdown system November 24 on sale from 79.99 to 59.99 . I have yet to receive my order . I called about a week after preset and spoke with some who told me to contact **** .. I did such.. and the **** site through ROUTE stated it's still awaiting shipment from them while Boujee hippie site states order is still being processed .. I'm pissed because I have ordered from this site before with no problems and when I call the number now it's goes straight to they are busy with other customers leave a message .. well I have left numerous messages via email and voice mail to no avail..
