BBB has recently identified a pattern in consumer complaints regarding the marketplace behavior of the company The Tot Baby Corporation DBA The Tot. Specifically, BBB has received complaints alleging that The Tot:
~has not sent purchased items out for delivery while continuing to advertise products online for sale;
~the few items delivered to consumers are of inferior quality make and/or arrived broken/damaged;
~poor and/or no customer service response from the company;
~and moreover, delays in providing refunds to consumers when requested.
