On 12/30/24, I ordered a purse and a set of earrings from the website ******************************. Once the order was completed, I got quick notification that a shipping label was created for **** After trying to track the package and not having any tracking information, I sent an email to their support email address in which I received a very unprofessional reply at 1am. This was the first red flag. I continued to check on the status of the package and no change so I sent another email and received another unprofessional email which I will include as a photo. They stated that it had been sent to *** and that it was probably in their warehouse. I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded in which I received an ok. I have not received any refund and Im searching in my inbox, these emails of our correspondence have disappeared. I did not delete them.Luckily I have screenshots of most Of our correspondence. I am now getting emails from the business asking for me to review the product.I used ****** to purchase the items and on the statement it reads like payment was sent to Montana west which is not where I ordered the items from. In looking at the business ******** page, the page was created in ******I spent approximately $85 on the products they are using to scam people.Initial Complaint

This order was placed December ******* on December 18, 2024 I was notified payment was received and order *******, was on its way with tracking #**********************. This number has never reached **** and I have not received my order. I have emailed them twice with no response and called the phone number today (01-06-2025) I am caller #** with a 126 minute wait. I noticed ****** sent payment to Western TrinityRanch *** for $28.88 for a Montana West Aztec Canvas Tote Bag Black.I have also filed a dispute with ****** and they are addressing the issue.Customer Answer

Purchased on 12/6. Got 2 tracking numbers that never moved. Contacted them once and they gave me a second tracking number after the first never moved. Then the second never moved. I purchased two items and returned them. They gave me credit for only one. When I asked, they said they would have to look into it. I have been emailing them for months now. Oct 2, 2024 I received my order from Montana West. Oct 8, 2024 I received my order from Cowgirl ******* the ad it states that when you purchase a mystery box you will get a $20 gift coupon for your next purchase - essentially making it FREE!I didn't get the coupon until after contacting them and letting them know I didn't receive the $20 gift coupon. I did get it the next day. When reading the coupon, it states, As a token of our gratitude, We've included a BONUS GIFT just for you, along with a special coupon code: MYSTERY20 for $20 off your next order over $100.Nothing on the advertisement said you can only use it when your next order is over $100. Oct 4, 2024 I sent an email about this $20 coupon, that can only be used on $100 or more. I said that it wasn't advertised that the $20 coupon could only be used if i spend over $100 on my next order. And that I want the $20 coupon that was in the ad that has no stipulations. And the coupon from Cowgirl Wear is the same thing. It can only be used on a purchase of $100 or more. Plus they both have the same code.The amount of the 2 different orders is $58.87. I ordered two products from the company website, and only received one. After emailing the company stating that I did not receive the other item, I was told they had sent the item in another color, as they no longer had the color I desired in stock. I never agreed to the color change, and desired a refund. I was then told that I would have to wait for the product to arrive at my house and return it to receive a refund. I was never given a tracking number for the product that was apparently sent, never told when I would receive the item or anything. It has been two weeks since being told this and I have now emailed the company twice, with no response. I have still not received the item that I never agreed to have sent, or a refund for the missing product. I now feel that the company has ripped me off, keeping my money and not issuing me my refund. I have attached a photo of all of the items that I received in the package that arrived at my house. It contains only the travel pouch, but no travel bag, which is much larger.Initial Complaint

Place order on 10/2 for total of ****** for two purses, due to deliver with **** business days. All tracking info is in Chinese and not up to date, when contacting the company they say they cant help me. I asked for a refund and they told me no because it was in process but there is no tracking info to provide that info.
