    I purchased two items and returned them. They gave me credit for only one. When I asked, they said they would have to look into it. I have been emailing them for months now. ( started return on Sept 9th) Finally, with no response to my requested return, they stopped responding to my emails, and I haven't received a refund.

    Oct 2, 2024 I received my order from Montana West. Oct 8, 2024 I received my order from Cowgirl ******* the ad it states that when you purchase a mystery box you will get a $20 gift coupon for your next purchase - essentially making it FREE!I didn't get the coupon until after contacting them and letting them know I didn't receive the $20 gift coupon. I did get it the next day. When reading the coupon, it states, As a token of our gratitude, We've included a BONUS GIFT just for you, along with a special coupon code: MYSTERY20 for $20 off your next order over $100.Nothing on the advertisement said you can only use it when your next order is over $100. Oct 4, 2024 I sent an email about this $20 coupon, that can only be used on $100 or more. I said that it wasn't advertised that the $20 coupon could only be used if i spend over $100 on my next order. And that I want the $20 coupon that was in the ad that has no stipulations. And the coupon from Cowgirl Wear is the same thing. It can only be used on a purchase of $100 or more. Plus they both have the same code.The amount of the 2 different orders is $58.87. Montana West order was $27.90, and Cowgirl Wear was $30.97

    I ordered a purse and a wallet. My **** was charged $79.98. My order # is *********. I never received the product. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to my emails. I want a refund or what I paid for.

    I ordered two products from the company website, and only received one. After emailing the company stating that I did not receive the other item, I was told they had sent the item in another color, as they no longer had the color I desired in stock. I never agreed to the color change, and desired a refund. I was then told that I would have to wait for the product to arrive at my house and return it to receive a refund. I was never given a tracking number for the product that was apparently sent, never told when I would receive the item or anything. It has been two weeks since being told this and I have now emailed the company twice, with no response. I have still not received the item that I never agreed to have sent, or a refund for the missing product. I now feel that the company has ripped me off, keeping my money and not issuing me my refund. I have attached a photo of all of the items that I received in the package that arrived at my house. It contains only the travel pouch, but no travel bag, which is much larger.

    Place order on 10/2 for total of ****** for two purses, due to deliver with **** business days. All tracking info is in Chinese and not up to date, when contacting the company they say they cant help me. I asked for a refund and they told me no because it was in process but there is no tracking info to provide that info.
