    *******! I just withdrew $100 out of *** it only gave me 20 and every time I call the number on the back of the card and hit 7 to talk to an account representative it hangs up on me and I was charged $100 off my account the *** said that it just gave me 20 instead of 100 but it's charging me a hundred off my account and I can't get my money back

    The Bank that offers the Kittrell pay card, STRIDE BANK N.A. should not be allowed to be in business! It would not let me transfer money from the card into my bank account to pay my credit card payments so I had to use the Kittrell pay card to pay them online. Even though I had more than enough money on the Kittrell card every credit card was denied payment. When I managed to get money in my bank account ( it was not from the Kittrell pay card ) I had to pay all the late fees and the drop in my credit score which I definitely did not need. *********** N. A. and their deceptive fraudulent practices and added fees should be nowhere near someones hard earned money.

    This company is one of the worst scams you will ever come across. As many people have probably already noted, they charge you a bunch of bogus fees. I worked one day for a temp agency and was paid $115 for that day. For whatever reason they did not mail the card to the address they had on file for me. I emailed and asked if they would and never got a response. I ended up forgetting about the card until the agency told me I would be receiving a W2 from them, I told them I never received any money from them. So I went by there to get the card and lo and behold, there was only $30 available to me. I asked what the deal was and they informed me that Kittrell charged monthly fees for unused cards. So I took the card they gave me to find that they also charged $10 for replacement card fee and other misc. fees. If you have a choice, avoid these people like the plague. They are completely useless, unless you need someone to steal your hard earned money.

Regarding the specific concerns we were able to extract from the BBB Review: Inactivity Fee- referencing your concern about the inactivity fees totaling $3.95 per month, applied from May 5, 2023, through Jan 5, ****, after 90 days of account inactivity. While these fees are clearly outlined in the terms and conditions of your account, we acknowledge your feedback. As a demonstration of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are refunding the accrued inactivity fees, amounting to $35.55. Please note that inactivity fees will be applied if your account remains inactive for a period exceeding 90 days in the future.ATM Decline Fee- As stated on the carrier that the card is attached to as well as stated through the activation flow, to enhance the security of your account, it is essential (and a requirement) to set a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for accessing your funds. You can conveniently set your PIN by calling the number on the back of your card or by visiting kittrellpay.com to establish your online account. Replacement Fee-these fees are clearly outlined in the terms and conditions of your account, We understand the circumstance you detailed which was outside of your control and have reached out to your employer for review of this situation. We are providing a one-time courtesy refund of this fee $9.95. Any future replacement cards will incur the fee. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer success team. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and giving us the opportunity to assist you with your concerns.

    If I could give this company negative reviews I would. They should not be in business if there are inadequate in handling minor issues. I was charged $10 to be a premium member to access my virtual card being that I lost mine. They took the $10 but I'm still unable to access the card. I have been trying to resolve this for two days now (During Thanksgiving). With no solutions. Just a runaround from this company and staff. I am so upset. They have hung up on me. Sent me in circle. I ended having to get angry with them for their lack of empathy and competence. I am stranded and needed my virtual card for gas. They have no problem getting your money while offering no help. I have not been helped through this. I'm still waiting, still stranded, and still waiting for them to call back in the cold weather. ***I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstance.*** ***I would not recommend this company to any employer under any circumstance.*** A headache is guaranteed when dealing with ******* paycard.

    Kittrell Paycard prioritizes each cardholder and works to resolve all issues in a timely manner. It is unfortunate that Mr. ****** lost his physical card on Thanksgiving Day.

    We are grateful, despite being closed for the national holiday, that Mr. ****** was able to reach a Kittrell customer service representative multiple times on Thanksgiving, assisting him in reporting his physical card as lost.

    Mr. ****** communicated his issue with his virtual card on Friday morning 11/25/22. His issue was expedited and resolved within two hours. Per the conversation, Mr. ****** expressed his satisfaction with his issue resolution.

    I was able to reach someone on Thanksgiving who did not know what your office hours were. I was also told repeatedly that the manager and that designated staff was in office on Thanksgiving.

    I was transferred around repeatedly with no end in sight. One of the reps told me he would stay on the line with me during a transfer. He (knowingly) transferred me without staying on the line. I called back to ask what happend. He claimed he didn't know who I was. When, infact he was the same guy. I wrote down their names to make sure. This issue was only resolved within two hours after repeated attempts to get them to understand my issue. Which took the whole day from me.

    If I am a paying "premium" customer, there is no way I should have had this issue in the first place

    I paid for an automated service and was denied the automated service. I called to get help and was given the wrong information and was intentionally lied to. My phone calls are a on on file for verification.

    I had to get angry with them for them to do anything. This is bad business practice and I was left feeling like I was the problem when in fact I wasn't. I was lied to multiple times.

    I cannot and will not accept this inadequacy and false information. I wouldn't stand for it as an employee of a company or if I was the owner. Someone there needs to be reprimanded.

    If I acted in this manner. I would have been fired at my job. This is no excuse.

    Again I will not recommend this paycard service to anyone I know.
