I was involved in an accident on August 1, 2024 and decided to use *** ****** and Associates as my attorney. Once I chose them everything was decent. Communication was consistent and I was updated and at the very least responded back to in terms of the status. I have been released from all physical therapy and awaiting payment which is not a big deal. The problem is case manager ******** ******* has been unprofessional Im terms of communication for about 3 months i have contacted her by email and got no response. She then called my phone on Dec. 11th and told me that the packaging department will be contacting me in 2-3 weeks and stated there will be no reason for us to talk to each other again during same phone call. On January 14th I reached out back to her because she is my assigned case manager and I am always referred to her. I have attempted to reach out atleast 3 different time (once a week) all phone calls and voicemails ignored and Im simply trying to check on the status of the claim after the time i was given has passed. I sent a final email on 1/21/25 stating that how Ive been handled over the last couple months has been nothing short of unprofessional and I wish to be referred to someone else. Not expecting a response since that has been a trend near the end of this partner ship. Shall my family friends or myself unfortunately find ourselves in a similar situation, in regards to getting in a wreck, I will not recommend this particular office to anyone. The communication (or lack thereof) has been a deal breaker and I wish them the best.Initial Complaint

They lied and deceived me. Now they refuse to release my case. I told them I was injured in a semi truck collusion and that I have just recently filed a lawsuit. Would they take it over, and they said yes we want your case. It got sent to ******. ****** did not want the lawsuit because they claim I already had an attorney working on it, which is not the case. I told them no. They are the only attorney. They said ok. We will then most likely transfer it over to our litigating department. She lied and deceived me. She requested to Nadler's office staff that they do not want to handle the lawsuit and they want it released. She told me one thing and the office staff of Nadler something differently. Then they said you filed a lawsuit so we do not want it. So that is fine, but they refuse to release my case. They have held on to it for a while and they tell me they will get to it when they get to it. I have called many times, sent emails and voice messages. Nadler office staff said for me to call them to have it released, but they refuse. They are taking me hostage. Today I begged them to release it so I can seek treatment but they refuse. Their communication is very poor! It seems like they hide from their clients.Initial Complaint

I was in a car accident may of 2023, and reached out to *** Adler for a car wreck laywer. *** been assigned to a case manager whos name is *******************************. Trying to get in contact with anyone regarding my case is impossible. I was told my case would be settled by May 13, 2024. Its now July 9th, 2024. Case is still open, with no update. I have reached out to ******************************* and *** Adler SEVERAL times and havent spoken to anyone other than the customer service representative who transfers my call to Margaritas direct line. *** Adler has been highly recommended and is advertised all over DFW/*****. If I would have known it would take over a year to settle a law suite with *** Adler I would have taken my business else where. I havent been able to get a car in my name or take care of anything pertaining to my car wreck since this law suit is still open! *** reached out to several numbers trying to reach someone with *** Adler Lawfirm and no luck at all. I hired *** ************************** Associates to represent me in a car accident law suit on January 8th 2023. I have not had any response or update regarding my case despite how many times I call and leave messages. *** Adler and associates accept my case in 2015 and never would accept a settlement. Telling me to heal and not worry about my NO FAULT car accident that had me hurt and in pain. *** Adler associates all told me they would handle everything and that I had won my case. They needed to go to a trial to get me the maximum I deserve. But all abandoned me. And one attorney I never met or talked to but once even lied to a court saying I didn't want to settle my case, But who would be waiting almost 7 year's and not want they settlement money owed? *** Adler to this day has not called me. Because of him allowed legal malpractice and attorney malpractice, neglected to do they job and Breeched contracts, lies and deception. Left me sick and on my own , after holding my paperwork for almost 7 years and abandoned me, All broke laws and did me wrong. Causing me to not get a *****. If *** Adler and associates didn't want my case , why hold me back for so many years and the case was a no fault accident. All knew I was sick and his associates knew I was about to be having surgery last year too. Yet all just left me and all caused me to loose my case. 01/30/2024 There has been no communication for the requested information.I have called and emailed and so has my attorney concerning the case. For almost a year communication has been very little on their end. This business never answers me. I constantly call and email my case manager and can't seem to find an answer by anyone. Its crazy how unprofessional this has been. I've had 3 case managers and I am never updated on when those changes occur, so I never know who to email. Everytime I call, the receptionist forwards my call to one of the case managers who never answers. I leave a voice mail and never get a call back. I just want to figure out why I just can't seem to call or email anyone who answers.Initial Complaint

In December 2022 my wife and I were involved in a car accident, we were not at fault. Both of us were taken to the hospital ER via ambulance. Shortly there after we started receiving the medical bills, Never being involved in a car accident we were worried about how the bills would get taken care of. On January 6, 2023 we had not heard from our insurance and were concerned so we contacted *** Adler and Associates. When we met we with an employee that same day (not an associate or lawyer) we expressed our concerns, he had us fill out paperwork, we discussed the content of that paperwork and had us sign it (case # ******). We then received a phone call from a ********************* informing us that they were contacted by *** Adlers' office for us to get evaluated. This evaluation was set for January 9, 2023, after the evaluation we were handed a bill for just over $800 each and were given 14 additional appointments. I expressed my concerns to the receptionist of the cost and the additional appointments, I couldn't afford that. She informed me that those were the bills they would send the insurance company and then they would negotiate a lower amount with the attorneys office, I would not have to pay it and thats how I would make money. Both my wife and I were very uneasy with that information because it sounded too much like FRAUD. On January 11, 2023, unable to reach the attorneys office, we each submitted letters of dismissal to Jim Adler & Associates office. Now that we are finally getting some closure with the insurance company *** Adler and Associates are seeking 35% plus attorneys fees for doing literally nothing over a 5 day period. They are seeking $4200. plus ****** in fees from each of us (my wife and I). I can see paying the attorney's fees, but not the $4200, especially since they were taking advantage of our vulnerability and ignorance while enticing us to commit fraud.Initial Complaint

06/27/2023 I was rear ended at a stop light by a worker that was going to install a new floor at someones house. I called *** Adler at the scene I had gotten no treatment just was sent to dr to figure out what was wrong. I have a torn rotator cuff and 6 out of 7 discs in my neck. My shoulder surgery alone costs $148,000. Today 11/9/2023 I was called by *** Adlers case work called to tell me they are not going to be able to persue anything after just taking the guys word over mine when they work for me. His office should be shut down and he should be put under the coldest darkest prison known to mankind along with all his employees.
