This company will come to your home, provide you with the FULL names of ALL of the neighbors that they service, which I'm sure is a privacy violation. This was our first sign to run, however, the salesman assured us that it was great service and that they have a *special*. All of this is recorded on our home cameras by the way so we have proof of the issues. The initial service was performed and it was decent, however, it quickly went downhill. They show up to our home unannounced, they don't ring the doorbell or alert you in any way that they are coming so that you are prepared for indoor pest control treatment. When we call them back out, they again come whenever with no communication prior to their arrival. This past time we caught the guy on camera, talked to him, told him we were 15 minutes out & he said that he would do the outside & do the inside when we arrived. Not only was he gone when arrived, the outside area still had spiderwebs EVERYWHERE; the service was subpar. We called in & asked for a manager SEVERAL times. We explained that we were hosting a party during the weekend and needed someone back out the same week to perform the service that WE PAID FOR. The rep proceeded to tell us that we could get service on 7/2, again we stated that we are having a home full of people on 6/30 and that we would need service as promised before then. To date, we still have not spoken to a MANAGER. We expressed our concerns with this company and also expressed that we did not like the service and would like not only a refund for our last service which was NOT sufficiently executed but that we would like to cancel. This company had the AUDACITY to tell us that we would have to pay a cancellation fee when the person who sold the service is on our home camera saying that it's not a contract. WE WANT OUT! We will not be bullied into staying in this contract and as a matter of fact if this doesn't get resolved we are fully prepared to engage our lawyer and take legal action.
