"I was rear ended by a customer of **** **** **********************, **** **** stopped responding because obviously they didnt want to pay, so I filed a claim with my insurance (American Hallmark insurance) where I was introduced to my adjuster ***** ***** with the worst attitude she could possibly have I called to complain and ask for a change they said no so I stuck with her called her three times in a day because even when she said call and leave a message she would never get back to me so she texted me saying to stop calling her to just leave a message and she would call me back (obviously not true) so I said sorry but I need help and she was upset I called her so she told me she couldnt help me anymore. Getting into a car accident is stressful enough and people like this making it worse is not it, specially when I wasnt at fault." ... Read full review
