    Applied for an apartment in May. Manager said their was one available for move in. Paid for my application fee and gave them my deposit. I called and asked when the apartment will be ready for move in I was told apartment won't be ready until next month. I was told in August the apartment was ready Went to pick up keys and sign the lease. Person in office said the manager would not be in not that day. I asked my deposit back. It's the end of October. I haven't received my deposit. I was told by Company that they are doing investigation which will take up to 90 days. My money order show to have been cashed l.

    Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/11/17) */ The manager that was at the property during the time of this incident is no longer with the company. The money orders that were provided had been cashed but were not reflecting in our system. Since they did not reflect in our system we did have to do an investigation to confirm that they did in fact pay these to Home of Persimmon. We conducted this investigation by requesting copies of the cashed money orders from Western Union which does in fact take up to 90days to receive. The confirmation has been received and a refund will be issued to Mrs. ****** no later then 11/25/2022.
