I want what is right and that is charges of $100 unauthorized pet fee which is a false statement. Did not have a pet,still do not have a pet and never have had a pet. Charge of $35 stain countertop repair which was there when we moved in and is on our check in sheet when we rented apartment. Also we had due to us March rent they owed us for renting out our apartment that we had already paid for march and they rented it out per agreement. They did send check for March rent for $683.15 which is short from statement showing owe us $827.21. They owe us total of $246.63 to make things right. All this is explained in upload 2 title Indian Creek final document.Here is list of upload documents and what they contain. 1. Apartment info important - contains business,individuals involved in dispute and contact info, dates and documentation,etc, 2. Indian Creek Final Document - contains all info on dispute and probably most important upload. Explains dispute., 3. Apartment Downloads - contains 2 statements copy of email,inventory sheets,pics,etc., 4. Apartment doc pics - contains statements, our apartment check in sheet when we moved in that i kept copy of before returning to them and they do not know i kept copy of this and they dont have anything checked and we made list of several things., contains pics i took when we moved out to show it was left cleaner than was when we moved in. My wife and daughter spent 4 hours actually little more than that cleaning whole apartment in and out. We even bought stove burner protectors with our money to make look right. I have everything documented so if need anything else please ask. Rudest people i have ever seen and so unprofessional and would never contact me to try to explain anything. We are retired seniors and it is not right making false statements and taking from tenants that is not theirs and they should be held responsible. Just so you know the pet charge started this. What a false statement that they just throw out there.Business response

The property manager Claudia H******** always ignored my concerns about parking issues that have been going on for more than a year. Also, the recycling bins are always not picked up but the residents are charged for it. Everyone in the leasing office hardly answers their phone and if they do, they answer in a very aggressive manner. The only person who works hard is Ashley who is an assistant manager. Also, I left a voice mail to the corporate manager Ron but he has ignored me for more than a few months.Initial Complaint

Previous tenant at Enclave at the Dominion dates 02/01/XXXX- X/3/2021. I made a closing bill payment online of $357.00 I have now received a bill for additional charges for the days up to my move out date. My complaint is that I am also being charged for an Unauthorized Pet Fee and Damages to Carpet-odor treatment, stains. I suffer from asthma and I require the use of 2 breathing inhalers and have allergies to pet dander/pet hair ect. This charge is false because I have never owned a pet nor did I have a pet in my residence. I had several repairs done in the residence, few were done while present and some were done when I was at work so if there was any type of pet the repair man would have been very aware. I have contacted Kara Blakeney and I have received no resolution. I can obtain medical proof to further proof the allegations are false. Please remove these charges or I will take legal action. I would also request that my deposit be returned to me. Residence did not have damages.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/01) */ On 10/19/2021 Kara Blakeney contacted Rachelle Rios, the supervisor for Enclave at the Dominion, and after review, the charges referenced in the complaint were revered. Lisa Calvillo, contacted the former resident by phone on 10/19/2021 to inform her all damage changes were reversed. The issue was resolved on the same day the former resident contacted Kara Blakeney, and notified her of the dispute. Please let us know if you require anything else, as to our knowledge, we have resolved the dispute.
