    I would warn new landlords to stay clear. It's evident that ****** reviews can be boughta sentiment echoed by their own tenants.I hired this company expecting reliable expertise, but, they serve less as your advisor and more as an adversary. Their advertised 24/7 renter emergency line is essentially non-functional, and crisis management is nonexistent. Severe situations are treated no differently than minor ones. It's essentially a one-PM operation, and getting on a call with him takes days! They neither have the expertise nor resources, and their vendors couldn't be more incompetent and unskilled.They claim they don't speculate cause of the damage in your occupied rental, yet they have no issue coming up with the most bizarre conclusions, with no supporting evidence either. Your tenant-occupied property can be brought down to the ground, but theyll claim that, since they werent present at the time, they cant diagnose the source (rather dont have the expertise or basic knowledge) and will throw red herrings.Instead of sending reputable and qualified tradespersons to attend to a critical situation , they send someone from a PO box company, ******************** (but charge you as if they are sending Grade A tradesperson) whose credentials, and qualifications remain unverified or pretty much disappears when you probe, who provide inconclusive and ridiculous report sending you on a WILD GOOSE CHASE!To this Property manager, major repairs, not identifying cause, skipping basics, costing you exorbitant sums to repair are considered "COMMON" and they downplay the severity of the situation. They dismiss any requests for further investigation (all in writing)! What is even more appalling is they stop notifying you of future incidents. They deliberately break protocol, share false information, and blatantly take advantage of your inexperience as first-time landlords. Which raises serious concerns about the integrity and credibility of this company's operations.

    The property management did not feel the need to apparently notify us that they are no longer our property management company after we put a request in for a repair on the first of the month and come to find out we are apparently getting handed off to another company in the middle of the night a couple of days before rent is due with no paper-trail showing that we are being transferred. All accounts I had tied to them have been disabled and the only document that they were ever the property management to begin with is from the prior realty company. Avoid this company.

    I an an overseas investor. I was introduced to Jogip but I must warn of the lies they put with their words of excellence. I received 1/10 service, except the routine statements. I had to contact the tenant myself to find out how the progress is with the tenancy. And when my reserve dropped below their require amount, they just cancelled my contract without giving me fore warning. The reason my reserve dropped was because I was not getting rent from Jogip, and they were not doing anything for me. I was really needing their representation for the tenant to end the lease and do final inspections, and they just dropped me. I couldn't even ask them to reactivate my account, and promised to load the funds into their account. They are the worst property management company I ever come across.

    We regret things did not work out. Some people unfortunately are impossible to work with. We pride ourselves on being responsive to our clients needs and providing great service. For 20 years we have lead our industry.

    Their comments alone is a very clear reflection of their self inflated attitude, and rudeness to their clients - the landlords. I have never worked with any companies who blame their landlords as difficult clients, when I pay them management fees each month, and received minimal services, plus such a rude attitude after being left alone to deal with the tenant at the termination of the lease, when I am miles away, needing them to represent me. If anyone is considering Jogip, be very cautious.
