I rented an apartment in the Addison **** with a US Residential property, *****************************. I was initially excited because the property looked remodeled and had a nice modern look. I was disappointed after moving in because I learned there were repairs needed that would not be done. I also had large bug issues that were never addressed because they entered the unit through wall/board gaps that I begged to be sealed and never were. When I decided I did not want to resign and decided to move out, I asked for someone in the office to walk the property with me and was told they didnt do that. I took pics and turned in my key only to get a $495 bill in the mail saying the unit was not clean and there was a carpet stain. This was after my deposit was kept as well. I tried calling the property and owners repeatedly and no one would answer to help me. They have since placed the debt on my credit report. I know for fact that the unit was clean and have pictures to prove it. I want this debt removed from my record with someone reaching out to resolve this. It is affecting my credit.

At move in I was not provided with much information at all. I had paid my dues, I was provided a folder and my key, the folder contained a neighborhood map, a brochure for the cleaning business they use. And the trash valet pick up info. Internet info (which was confusing). I was not advised at all where my apartment was ( Ill take half the blame as I never viewed the apt before), I was not given any info about the internet was in house and would have to cancel my acct. nothing about my car being registered I had to email them about it after move in. *** advised the ladies in the office about a repeated $15 on my account I dont recall how they explained it but I always understood it to be the pet fee that they put on everyones lease they said in case we do get a dog later as she said in the email. *** decided to ****** a few months ago and recently had to had maintenance come in for black mold growing in the ceiling. They fixed it I hope. But then I came home w a letter charging me $100 fine and fees as says attached. I went to the office and said that *** never notified them of having a dog. But I was never told that I need to notify or anything as I was already paying the fees. Theyre charging me $500 for $200 dog fee $200 dog rent, $100 fine. And I was NEVER advised of this. I still have my move in folder and I dont even have the paper she gave me at the office I went today. She said the additional $15 was for no reason, and a mistake and reimbursed me so I only have to pay $365. That i pay i payments w my rent. But I have all the documents that make me assume its okay to have the dog?? Please help. $365 is a lot even in payments now that Im definitely moving out since I just have them my notice ***************************************************** writing now.

I have lived at Ridgeview for 6 months now. One of the Main things we looked for when looking at apartments was a pool. When we found Ridgeview we thought 3 pools?! That's amazing! None of them have actually been open since we moved in other then the front pool by the office for maybe a total of two weeks spaced out over the last two months. They always have some excuse when you call, at first they didn't have permits for the pools and now the excuse is that the filters on ALL THREE POOLS are broken! It's been over 100 degrees for months and it is absolutely ridiculous. They will try to excuse it by saying they just Switched over to new management but they have been using that excuse for months. Other than the pools, the parking situation is awful they took away half of the parking spots near our apartments to make them covered ones that you have pay for and when you get home late at night you have to park far away from your apartment and walk. They keep switching around guest parking and one time when we thought it was still in the same place and they had switched it, a friends car got towed and it cost them over $300 to get it back. The AC can almost never get your apartment cooler than MAYBE 75 degrees it seems, no matter how low you set it. You will constantly have to deal with cockroaches. And when they painted the rooms half the paint is on the floor and is splattered on the wall or is already starting to peel off. It seems like they just threw everything together quickly to make it look nice for when you moved in but shortly after everything will start falling apart. I called the office just today to figure out what was going on and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. When I tried to leave a message the voicemail box was full. This apartment complex does not provide what was promised when you sign your lease.

I lived at********************** from 2014 until December 2016. During may tenancy, my address was ************************************ Texas 77077. I also found out that there is eviction that is showing in my records is for a Tenisha B**** who lived in Apt. ****. I lived in Apt. **** for the entire time that I was a resident of Westchase Ranch Apts. I have tried several different avenues to try to contact US Residential to no avail. This is preventing me from renting from any other properties without extreme additional cost. Please contact contact me at your earliest convenience with a resolution to this matter at **************
