    Hello *******,The contract is part of the sign up process and it outlines our fees and terms of service. You were directed to DocuSign to review the documents and sign. We only charge if we get a reduction on your property's noticed value from the **************************. If there is no reduction there is no fee. We renew each year, but send multiple reminders well before any work is done on your behalf to give ample time to cancel.     This company is deceiving homeowners that the can reduce their property taxes. Please dont fall for this scam. I am not sure why they have not already been shutdown. It is terrible the these types os scam is legally allowed. Please be careful before signing the contract they send you. Reducing the market value of your home doesnt necessarily mean the will reduce your property tax.

    Shady business practices. They trap you in a contract and auto-renew for the next year. They will send collections agencies after you even if you pay your invoice.
