      Date of transaction: 11/26/2023 Amount: $83.11 Business charged undisclosed surcharge to debit card transaction of 4% to subtotal of receipt.Manager ***** lied about reversing the charge when I called to resolve on 11/26/2023. I called back again on 11/28/2023 to have the charge reversed and spoke with ***. *** almost immediately started screaming at me stating that undisclosed debit card surcharges are not illegal and proceeded to brag about this is standard practice for Bread Winners Cafe & Bakery for the past three to four years, *** then hung up on me.
