On 10/16/21 I placed an online order for 1x 3 Bone-In Thighs and 3 Classic Wings Combo. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told the restaurant was out of thighs so I asked for a refund. The Asst. Manager, Tamairius (') said he was unable to issue the refund but would give it to his GM & I should receive my refund in 2-3 business days. Six business days later I called the restaurant back after not receiving my refund & was given the manager, Sharee. She stated that she would have to speak to someone else also and once she spoke to them, I would receive my refund w/i 2-3 business days. Sharee took my info and stated she would call me once the refund was "put in." After not hearing anything for a couple of days I called back and was told Sharee was on a bank run, so I left a message for her to call me. On 10/29/21 after not hearing anything or receiving my refund I called Sharee back. She seemed to be in disbelief that I hadn't received my refund but told me to call her back on 11/01/21 if I still hadn't received it. So I called back today, 11/01/21 after still not receiving my refund and when I called, Tamairius (') answered and stated Sharee was off today. I advised him of who I was and he asked, "It's been that long and you still haven't received your refund'" I stated, "Yes." He apologized and stated he would call her and have her call me right back. I placed an online order directly on the Wing Stop website on 10/29/21 with an expected delivery time of 9:44 pm. Order number **********. When my order arrived I was missing two items, a 16 oz sprite and 52 oz Simply Lemonade. I called the store multiple times with no answer. I called a final time and talked to two representatives of the store and both told me I can drive to the store to pick up my missing items but there is nothing they can do about ********* not giving me my items they even suggested I call *********. I explained that I ordered through the wing stop website not ********* and it's their responsibility to ensure whoever they enter into a delivery agreement with provides the service I paid for. The representative told me once the ********* driver leaves the store their responsibility ends. I explained I didn't place a order with ********* and this is a poor reflection of wing stop. The representative at wing stop disagreed and told me her supervisor isn't available today but she will make her aware of the issue tomorrow. The customer service I experienced is unacceptable and I want my entire order refunded. Not just the drinks. It's unacceptable to expect a customer to fix a delivery issue, I paid extra for delivery service why would I drive to pick up an order and I paid for delivery service.Initial Complaint

Order food from Wingstop on ************************** on Sunday October 24th. I ordered food from them an hour before they were supposed to close. They accepted my order so i believe at this point my food is being prepared. I look on the app and it said that somebody was picking up my food. I look back at the app and it says order was canceled. So not only did I never get my food but they deliberately accepted my order so I couldn't order anything else, and waiting an hour and 30 minutes to close and cancel my order. That is extremely Unprofessional and rude. Why are they working there if they don't want to do their job? I'm confused as to why they filled applications out and decided to come to work if they didn't plan on doing their jobs. I'm disgusted and still hungry! So My lawyer will be filing another complaint to our local court and our local BBB! I do not accept this from a corporation, because they make too much money to hire people that don't want to work!
